I hesitated to post this review for selfish reasons: I don't want the hotel to be booked up when we return next year! I wholeheartedly echo other reviewers' praise of Antonio and his staff, who offer service consistent with a five-star hotel. Indeed, while there are "five-star" hotels in Ravello, you will pay five times as much for them, with... More

This review should just be how I praise Antonio the owner of Hotel Parsifal. He had this kind of hospitality that no money can buy. The perfect introduction to your unforgettable Italian vacation. This hotel is not like your average hotel experience. I say experience because its just that. Its not just a room with a bed and a bathroom... More

I can't say enough about Antonio and staff at Hotel Parsifal. They bent over backwards at every single opportunity throughout our four night stay. From frantically calling transfers, to sight recommendations, assorted favors and everything in between, they were always there to help. I've never stayed in a venue where I felt so welcome. Service was so good it overshadowed... More

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Parsifal. From the moment you walk into the courtyard, you will be charmed by the lovely view over its terrace. Even if you do not have a view from your room, fret not, there are cosy public areas where you can read or have a coffee. The restaurant, which was absolutely fantastic, also... More

We stayed two nights at the Parsifal hotel in July 2016. I cannot describe to you the feeling one has when you walk in the lovely courtyard of the hotel, overlooking the coast. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and the rooms are clean and cozy. We ate an amazing crostata for breakfast! The view from the restaurant as... More

We loved our stay in Hotel Parsifal - it's set in a former convent, and feels incredibly peaceful and serene. The staff are welcoming and helpful, even offering to sort out our postcards for us after we forgot to buy stamps. Our room was simple but had a stunning view. It looked out over Minori and Maiori, and was particularly... More

Fabulous location with views to die for from room, restaurant and terrace. Superb service from all staff. Nowhere to park but hotel sort it for you (although €20 per day). No air con in our room but not really needed. Ravello beautiful - if you like Belaggio or Taormina you'll like Ravello.

We've been there just to have a dinner and the experience was really good. The view is stunning and the food is delicious, maybe a little bit pricy. The service was excellent and we could enjoy the night! The hotel looks amazing too, but we were already in other hotel.

You really couldn't ask for any more. The views, the hospitality, the food and the quality of rooms are all exactly what we were looking for. Tony and Leonardo were so helpful with everything we needed.

We booked this last minute and are so glad we did. It is a beautiful hotel with fantastic views, the staff were very welcoming and friendly, especially the guy on reception. Ravello is a lovely town and I recommend you visit and stay here- if you can visit during the annual music festival then even better!
