It’s a beautiful historical building in a beautiful setting. The room is very nice considering the age of the hotel: large, airy, very high ceiling with views of the plaza, comfortable bed. The main hotel is mostly well kept, but some areas were showing signs of neglect. The front desk staff was helpful, courteous and made us felt welcomed. The breakfast has a large selection, but mostly cakes and pies - wished there was more hot foods/fruits/proteins.

We choose it for the price, £90 for 4 people in a room,we just need a place to stay for our stop over. It's right in the town center, and the price is good The room wasn't that clean, the were webs and dust everywhere Breakfast is ok,nothing special, don't dream about English Breakfast! For a short stay it's fine

Nice rooms, but bathing facilities are marginal in some rooms. The hotel is in a great location on the main piazza, convenient to nearby attractions and restaurants. However, since nightlife goes paste midnight on the piazza, the noise doesn't allow much sleep if your room over looks the piazza. Recommend getting a room on the back side for quiet.

Wonderful staff - incredibly friendly - magnificent building with amazing if slightly quirky architecture - fair to say they really don't make them like this any more! - delicious, free breakfast buffet in what can only be described as a ballroom with 25' ceilings. Granted, you don't have too many choices in Rieti, but this would be a great choice even if more were available. Superb value for money, as well.
