I enjoyed breakfast. The evening meal was not to my liking. Catered possibly not as much for British. I would return to the hotel but a better room and a double bed.. I would only do B & B. Many excellent Bars and restaurants to choose from on the hotels doorstep. The Bar/restaurant on the ground floor was excellent and...

The best dining view ever of the lake and mountains. Clean room, great breakfast selection. I had a room with a jacuzzi in my bedroom, which was a first for me:)! Some of the barroom fittings are flimsy but overall I enjoyed my stay.

lovely position in square near the lake however food was awful , menu poor and strangely soulless for such a great position . stick to evening drinks . lunch was passable with a charcuterie board . inside looked grand however bar oddly empty for an Easter weekend

A disaster - was supposed to be a fun night out - but the food was so awful - and not cheap... the pizza came at the same time as the starters - no room on the table. Whatever I ordered was oozing in grease. Reallly really disappointing - it has such potential with a great position but it failed...

We viewed on hotel.com we looked at the 4 options and went for the junoir suite for 4 nights for 2 rooms as we were traveling with my brother and sister inlaw. This was the best rooms and rooms looked good maybe 80 out of 100 in the picture. When we arrived we asked to check the room first what...

This is a lovely hotel built in 1910 . With beautifull plaster work and chandeliers marble floors and some very nice China ornaments. I had a twin room for single use , but no easy chair and a lack of suitable drawers , it would not have given much space for 2 people . The room taken by the excellent...

This review is quite late as it was September 2016 that I stayed here, however after seeing recent reviews i felt i must reassure anyone who has already booked to go to this hotel in 2017. I have stayed here in 2015 and 2016, upon my return to the UK last year I immediately booked again for 2017. I consider...

We are seasoned travellers & have travelled all over the world & this is possibly the first hotel myself & husband have felt totally unwelcome. Stayed 4 nights halfboard. Breakfast good apart from the only 'hot' dish on offer was scrambled eggs & very fatty bacon each morning. Ok if you like scrambled eggs. I don't! As we were part...

The hotel is in a lovely position and resort. Our room was very dark and lacked emergency evacuation instructions. The furnishings were very basic. Breakfasts were good (apart from cold uncooked bacon one day) but evening meals were terrible. Mostly poor quality food served warm or cold. The restaurant staff were mostly off-hand and quite rude. This hotel should not...

We went out of season, room okay with lovely view of lake and mountains, the bar and reception staff were polite but the restaurant staff were just the opposite, rude and obnoxious and we were not even asked if we required drinks, meal was only warm and looked as though it had been cooked a week ago, little choice and...
