Service and assistance were great. Large room with private courtyard and a clothes drying rack! Very functional and clean. Breakfast included one of selection of quality pastries, home-made coconut cake, yogurt, fresh fruit and of course coffee.

Excellent structure, located a stone's throw from the main street of Sabaudia, it offers a complete service starting from the very warm welcome of the owner, Mr. Riccardo, full of information on Sabaudia, on what to visit and where to eat. As for the room, it was very clean, spacious and equipped with two very comfortable single beds, perfect heating and a large, clean bathroom! I thank Riccardo again for the attention he reserved for me! A highly recommended structure for spending relaxing days in the magnificent Sabaudia!

Very nice, clean structure in a quiet area 5 minutes walk from the center and 25 minutes walk from the sea. Well-stocked market right next door, bike rental and shuttles within walking distance. Owners and staff very friendly, attentive, extremely helpful and always ready to recommend places to discover. Abundant and delicious breakfast which we enjoyed in the outdoor area. There is a washing machine, books/crosswords/sudoku available for guests.
