Excellent welcome, nice and friendly B&B manager, very affable. The structure is perfectly maintained, with a large green area, outdoor pool not large but well designed for total relaxation. This was our second visit to the Sabaudia area from the US to visit family. We were the first non-Italians to stay at White Rooms, which just opened in May. Marco was very accommodating; going so far as to purchase an electrical adapter for us and to provide us with local sites to visit. The room was spacious and clean. Clean towels were provided without our request. You’re not on the beach but you are only a five minute drive from it.

Amazing location in the heart of nature, surrounded by vegetation and close to the city of Sabaudia and its unique waterfront. The rooms are spacious, bright and clean, well equipped with all necessary amenities and charming furniture. Exceptional breakfast, rich with local homemade products and freshly brewed coffee and tea. The house is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees and shaded by a considerable amount of pine (umbrella) trees. Besides the seaside, we totally recommend to go to the lake, rent a canoe, have a walk in the national park and visit the picturesque village of San Felice Circeo, only 10 minutes away, with its breathtaking views over the Pontine Islands. Marco is an extremely careful host, always willing to help and share precious advises on places where to go for a sunset aperitivo over the sea or a delicious dinner with fresh seafood. Thank you very much for your care and attention, we are looking forward to visiting the White rooms again soon.
