Very good location, close to one the best beaches Italy has. We had a nice room. But unfortunately we couldn't communicate the lady who looks after the place as she doesn't speak any other language apart from Italian and Italian is not one the languages I speak. We had under the impression that we can use the kitchen in the premises but we learned that we can't use it after an argument with the lady but rules are the rules so we he to to eat in a nearby restaurant which was the best meal while we were in Italy. I can certainly recommend the place. The lady who looks offer the place was not friendly to us but she was with other people. I think it is because we didnt understand each other and she was upset when we use her kitchen.
