We too stayed in March with a big group of us. The previous reviews seem very harsh after our stay. The owners were very helpful. Showed us to our rooms, guided us to their sister hotel and advised us of the ski rental shop. The rooms were clean and hotel was cosy. Didnt mind us rocking up and chlling in...

We stay for 4 nights at this hotel & were a little unsure of what to expect after reading some of the negative reviews. In our opinion these reviews couldn't be further from the truth... On arrival the hotel owner met us & showed us to our room. He then took us next door to arrange ski hire & ski...

I am not sure where the other people who have written not such nice reviews stayed, but it could have been here! I travel at lot for work and get to stay in some lovely places, this was so so cosy and nice! We arrived late following a delayed flight from Turin, after a quick accent up the mountain we...

Ignore the moaners on here. You can't pay for sausages and expect fillet steak. The rooms are clean, with a maid service every day. Leslie, the tireless owner, goes out of her way to help in any way she can. She's always on hand to pour a beer, advise on restaurants and is a goldmine of information. we couldn't have...

Mr and Mrs Allemand seemed to go out of their way to help us have a great trip. They helped us take every conceivable short cut, advised of great restaurants and helped us with every query. The hotel is exceptional value and breakfast was good with plenty of variety. I could criticise the weak coffee but there was lots of...

Keep your expectations in line with the price and everything will be fine. The hotel and rooms are tired, but spotless. Also, the hotel has been re-wired and fitted with modern fire protection devices. Lesley and Mauro were friendly and helpful to me - I arrived a complete novice to Sauze and they soon had me up and running. Just...

Stayed as part of a charity ski group and found the hotel to be something out of a comedy sketch. Any prospective hotelier should stay here to get a glimpse of how not to do it. Owners are rude, food is terrible and rooms in general have showers/toilets outside of the rooms. They also refuse to call local cabs which...

I stayed here with a group and luckily we had a sense of humour otherwise the hotel could have ruined our trip. We would not have wanted more than the three days we had and would certainly never go back. It felt like more like a youth hostel than a hotel. Here are just some of our experiences: 1.Extremely rude...

I stayed at this hotel in Feb 2011 with a group of 21 other skiers/boarders. It's a 5 min uphill walk to ski-lift and about 15 min uphill walk into town, luckily there's a bus stop just outside. But the main thing i have to say about this hotel is the abruptness and rudeness of the owners. My friend and...
