I had the pleasure of staying at the Zin Senfter Hotel between July and August and the experience was simply exceptional. Its central location in San Candido makes everything incredibly convenient to reach, allowing me to explore the area without problems. In my stay in the Irene apartment, I found a spacious double bedroom and an equally comfortable living area, perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. The impeccable cleanliness of the rooms was truly appreciated, and the abundant and varied breakfast started my days off on the right foot. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, providing information and advice that enriched my stay.
A plus was the staff's recommendation of a riding school, which gave my daughter an exciting experience. Despite being aware that the prices reflect the season and the prime location, I decided to book again for the Christmas period. We spent our summer holidays at this Residence. The assigned apartment was spacious, equipped with all necessary equipment and furnished in typical South Tyrolean style. The structure is large, well cared for and clean, the staff very kind and helpful. The location is great, practically in the center of San Candido from which to start numerous excursions in the area. Very convenient underground parking for a fee. Our son very much liked the presence of a common room with games for children, and the presence of a table tennis table available to guests. There is also a Spa that unfortunately we did not use. A suggestion: given the climate change that now makes the summers very hot even here, perhaps you could envisage an air conditioning system absent today. Great!

All TOP, sweet and savory breakfast very varied and plentiful, buffet, with fresh products typical of the place (cheese, cakes, jams etc.) Girls at the Reception always smiling and kind Free car parking under the property (external parking for a fee...) The apartment was modern and very specious, clean and very comfortable with large and modern bathroom, equipped kitchen and very nicely decorated. We enjoyed very much our stay at the apartment. The service we received from all member of staff was superb including the receptionist who provided us with valuable updated information regarding the time we should arrive to the Tre Cime di Lavaredo hike. We also enjoyed the central location of the apartment including the excellent Bistro which was right next to the residence where we had dinner on the two evenings we stayed at San Candido. We also enjoyed all the facilities of the residence with the very comfortable underground parking. The breakfast was superb, with a very wide variety and selection of excellent products. We enjoyed it very much, including the "lunch box" which was provided to us for our early morning hike to Tre Cime di Lavaredo.

Excellent facilities, great value for money and very good atmosphere in general. The property feels like a home away from home and the apartments are clean, tasteful and very comfortable. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment, which was massive.
Breakfast is plentiful and of excellent quality. There is no restaurant in the hotel for an evening meal, but many options in walking distance.
The spa is well appointed and provides a good opportunity to wind down after a busy skiing or hiking day.
The underground parking is an added bonus.
Walking distance from the slopes in Baranci and bus to Versciaco stops right outside the hotel. Other ski resorts are a short car/ train ride away.
If there is one thing I would comment/ suggest to be improved: there did not appear to be eggs to order at breakfast. This would be a small “add on” that would be very much appreciated by many travellers.

The staff is very, very friendly from arrival to departure and always helpful! The location in Innichen is perfect. The apartments are very well equipped, they are spacious and comfortable, we always feel very comfortable. The spa area is quiet and relaxing. Great breakfast and the cakes and snacks in the afternoon are delicious! The Holiday Pass, for free use of the bus and train, is great and we use it every day.

Wonderful facilities, wonderful staff, wonderful breakfast, wonderful position - can't recommend more highly! This was our second visit and we will definitely return again. Great underground car park for secure parking, particularly good for the mobile skier who wants a frost free and warm car to start the day. The staff could not be more helpful and go far beyond the necessary. San Candido is a gem of a town and these apartments are right in the cultural epicentre - book now or regret it forever!
