San Martino di Castrozza is the ideal destination for mountain and sports enthusiasts. It feels as if you can touch the mountains with your finger, and nature integrates perfectly with the small town, which has all the comforts of a winter alpine capital. The hotel is a vast structure from the early 1900s, located in the heart of the village, in a quiet and sunny position. It is surrounded by a magnificent and extensive private park from which one can enjoy the majestic view of the Pale di San Martino. Inside there are ample rooms and spaces for relaxation and entertainment. It is 1.5 km from the Tognola ski slopes and 7.5 km from Passo Rolle.

Such hospitality and professionalism are rare to find. Even though I was traveling alone, I was never alone and I felt at home from the first moment.
Starting from the professionalism and availability of the reception - my special thanks to Patrizia and Flavia, precious and always efficient; the discreet and polite friendliness of the entertainment, which never fails to make a smile and above all gives that special touch to the holiday of every single guest, even with pleasant evenings of entertainment - thanks to the overwhelming friendliness of Giulio, the enchanting professionalism of Antonella, the sweetness of Mirco and Sara and the smile of Mattia.
Going to the restaurant was a real pleasure, quality cuisine and always excellent - many thanks to the chef Fortunato and the maitre Andrea with all their guys, great professionals. And a laugh could never be missing at the bar, heartfelt thanks to the friendliness and kindness of Paolo and Peppe. Final applause to the friendliness and professionalism of the Director, always present for everyone with his smile, who truly cares about the well-being of every guest and every member of this beautiful Majestic Dolomiti family.

week 11-18 February.
with groups of friends, about 80.
it's not rhetorical, I'll start with a big thank you to the director doctor Ciro Procopio, who made us feel immediately at ease with his collaborators, after the first day, certainly due a little to the tiredness of the long journey.
Welcome: excellent (90% of the rooms were ready at 12.00)!
thanks to the reception manager, Mrs. Patrizia.
Cuisine: it can potentially offer more... with a more diversified buffet above all, with more starters and desserts. The lack of a pastry chef and a pizza chef was noted.
With this, I don't want to diminish the staff from their commitment.
Excellent service: tidy and expertly directed by Metr Andrea. I want to mention the waiters, Matteo and Giuseppe (who served our tables) for their availability for every request.
what must be underlined at all
the adjective "availability" is personal!!!!
I would like to advise the
th management, such as political, corporate, to return to
propose a typical dinner
during the week (also
if the typical products were spread during the
stay). it has been heard
the absence of the pastry chef and the pizza chef (since I have been to other TH facilities).
we must then note the skill and mastery of the service, directed by the metro Andrea, with his staff (especially Matteo and Giuseppe).
Thanks to the kitchen team, always available, to the variations that the guests asked for, outside the established menu. Obviously behind the scenes (as they say in the theater) there is the professional figure of the bursar, Mr. Rocco, I'm waiting in the room! Structure to be intervened with works, especially on the bathrooms and floors, imminently. In fact I hope they are ready for our next 2025 holiday at the Majestic, then we also felt the lack of a wellness centre. Excellent location, a stone's throw from the hotel you will find everything. The entertainment guys were fabulous: the head animator Giulio, the precious singer Antonella (fabulous voice), the nice and talented guitarist Mirko (Forza Molfetta) and obviously the remaining entertainment guys were good, who entertained the children and adults with dances and games. I want to close with a credit for his managerial reliability, and it is not easy, to the head director of the Majestic hotel, Doctor Procopio. until your next holiday. John

The worst hotel I’ve ever been to in Dolomiti. The reception staff unfriendly even rude. We booked a Classic double room but the gave us a family room (two rooms connected by the Basic door), we felt like we were in the room with strangers because we could hear everything, the hotel staff didn’t want to change the room (they offered the room but the worse standard) for a double Classic room. The food was horrible and cold (although we came at 7:30 so when the dinner starts), the bread rolls were often stale. The NEXT problem appeared when the rented skiing boots disappeared from the hotel’s skiing room. They took no responsibility for it although they told us to keep our stuff there. In the end I had to pay for the boots although they were taken from the hotel’s skiing room. They even didn’t try to help to find them. I trully recommend avoiding this hotel.

Response from TH Resorts, Direttore generale at TH San Martino - Majestic Dolomiti
Responded Feb 1, 2024
We are sorry to hear that you had an unsatisfactory experience at our facility. We would like to clarify a few points. First, we apologize if your room assignment caused any inconvenience. It is important to note that rooms are assigned based on reservations made, and we constantly strive to ensure that they reflect guests' preferences. Regarding the ski boot issue, we have launched a detailed investigation into the incident. Cooperation with law enforcement (carabinieri) was necessary to gain clarity on the situation. Our ski room, accessible only through an exclusive code provided to guests, is designed to ensure a high level of security. During his stay, access to the ski room was carefully monitored and restricted. Importantly, given the personal requirements for ski boots, the possibility of use by other guests is highly unlikely. Differences related to weight, size, and personal preferences make any form of interchange difficult. We sincerely regret that your experience did not live up to expectations. We nurture the hope that we can welcome you back in the future, providing you with a more positive experience that can improve your perception of our service. We hope you will consider giving us another chance in the future so that we can offer you a more satisfactory experience in our TH Resorts.

Hotel with huge spaces, in the centre, and with a mini club active all day. My room was huge, clean and comfortable. We practically never saw the children (we were in a group)! Excellent cuisine, helpful and welcoming staff. I was struck by the enormous common areas, there is also a swimming pool and the (free) ski bus to the slopes right at the hotel exit is very convenient. Passed with flying colors, for the excellent value for money I really recommend it to everyone! Be wary of any negative reviews!!

Hotel in a very central position, 50 meters from the ski bus stop. Slightly dated furnishings, wi fi only available in the common areas. Abundant food, although the quality could be improved. Good pool service. Overall excellent value for money

Very dated hotel, both in the rooms and in the common areas. It would need a substantial renovation. In our room there was a very strong smell of sewage coming from the bathroom drains, which spread throughout the room. It was really difficult to stay. Having notified the reception, they sent a technician who did nothing but note the problem. I don't give one star only because the hotel is located in a very central position and the cuisine is not bad, in addition to the large and well-organised swimming pool with various shifts.

Sera.

Saluti
