My wife and I stayed in this property from February 4th to February 8th...
What can I say, a very comfortable, tidy and clean hotel... from the rooms to the dining room to the reception..
Polite, friendly and helpful staff... especially the owners Roberta and Michele whom we thank.
Meals good in quantity and above all in quality....
A structure that seems "designed" for families...welcoming but not flashy...which offers everything you need to feel good...
If you are looking for all this... this is a hotel for you...
I forgot the strategic location, in the town center convenient to everything..
With a breathtaking backdrop of the Cimon della Pala and the Pale di San Martino!!
Giorgio and Nadia.

It's the third year we've been at this facility, and we've noticed improvements every time. Staff and owners very helpful and friendly. Comfortable room and impeccable cleanliness. Hearty and varied breakfast. Menu dinner with a wide choice and with qualitatively interesting proposals culminating with the mid-August dinner above any expectation both for quantity and quality. Private parking and location a few dozen meters from the village.

Very nice place in a spectacular location, whenever we can we often come here to relax and eat excellent dishes.
Well-kept and very welcoming facility. The strong point are the owners, their family management makes the environment very warm and Roberta and Michele are always available for a healthy chat. See you soon because we will definitely be back.

Stayed as a group from 4th to 8th February. The hotel is not bad but the services offered are really poor. Hydromassage 15 minutes at a cost of 8 euros in a very cold room with a bad smell. The poor breakfast with little choice and a saving with 5 croissants for the whole room, like the dinner which offered an insufficient buffet for all the people who were there in addition to the fact that there was only a bit of salad and if the bread ran out there was no much less the salad was reported.
Small portions especially for those who ski all day. The bath water in the morning was cold because they turn on the boiler after 7.30. The breakfast room opened late so if someone wanted to go skiing early they couldn't have breakfast. In short, everything saves even a smile and courtesy. The staff always had to be called and not very helpful or friendly. I neither recommend it nor would I go back.

Lights and shadows for this structure.
Lights
Our room was comfortable and clean although the furniture is dated, but in good condition. Furthermore, the presence of a comfortable terrace made a stop in the warm sun with a view of the surrounding mountains pleasant. The convenient location for reaching the town center and public transport.
Good dishes with a good choice.

Shadows
Management is not the best. The girls in the room don't seem to have much experience so the breakfast buffet was often not adequately stocked. Orders were filled quickly but only if you looked for the girls who hardly came to the tables.
To order something at the same bar, you have to look for someone to take your order.
In summary: the structure has good potential, but the management has ample room for improvement in guest care.

Great welcome, great food and real cappuccino at breakfast. Clean and well-structured rooms. Great location for hiking and enjoying the country. Family that manages very courteous and helpful to every need, even well informed about walks and activities.

Roberta and Michele will make you feel at home: always kind and helpful, as are the rest of the staff. Absolutely worth doing their excursion organized in their cabin on Wednesday, truly wonderful experience! Varied and complete breakfast, excellent cuisine! Central hotel, with parking reserved for customers. Absolutely recommended! 10+++

We stayed here for three nights as part of a skiing trip we took to San Martino. The hotel was exceptionally clean and was very good value for money. The proprietor and her husband Michele were exceptionally helpful and always quick to recommend good things to do including dinner and night skiing and the best ski-school in the town so we could have some refresher lessons. The food in the hotel was also very tasty with large portion sizes.
