We spent a week at hotel Jolanda and wish we stayed here for a longer period as we really enjoyed our time there! It is a beautiful place runned by nice people who really do their best to make guests feel comfortable and happy. our accommodation was good: the room was always very clean, provided with all the necessary and offered a great view of San Martino and its mountains from the balcony. The leisure facilities were very good too, and we spent a lot of time relaxing in the spa or swimming in the pool! A thing we really loved was the little room where you could relax after your sauna: you lay down to rest, with musical background and a peaceful atmosphere that helps to get rid of all the stress! For what concerned the restaurant we were really satisfied with all our meals, starting from the delicious breakfasts: personally I loved their cakes! For dinner I recommend you to taste the typical plates, they never disappoint!!! At last consider that the hotel is handy for everything, you can easily have a walk in town or even take the skibus in front of the hotel to reach more easily the slopes! I will definitely be returning in this hotel, with its cozy and homely atmosphere, nice people and wonderful places to see!

Like every year for my holidays in the Dolomites I choose a different area. For this year the choice fell on S.Martino di Castrozza. Given the increase in hotel rates, I chose the Jolanda hotel and I must say that the quality/price ratio is really excellent!! The hotel has been family-run for four generations, the owners are very kind and caring. The cuisine is excellent and varied (a round of applause to his son Chef Giovanni) with a choice of four first courses and four second courses, one with typical Trentino dishes and one vegetarian. Breakfast is also varied and plentiful. Thanks also to Claudia who served the tables with precision and speed. To top it all off, impeccable cleanliness in every room!! Another positive note is the entertainment for adults and children, not easy to find in the mountains!! Ah, I forgot: in the hotel you drink mountain water served in carafes and every day you can collect it with water bottles from a fountain adjacent to the hotel!!

I stayed a week in a hotel with my daughter. The experience overall was very positive. The room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom had everything you need, only the mini bar was missing. Dinner had a varied choice and generous and very good portions. Breakfast featured a wide choice for sweets and cold cuts and cheese for savoury (there was a savoury menu for a fee). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Appreciated the presence of entertainers who organized games in the hotel in the evening and outdoor trips during the days

We spent a wonderful week in this wonderful hotel, warm, friendly, clean, romantic and quiet. The owners wonderful people, very kind, ready to meet your every request, the very kind and prepared room staff, super breakfast and dinner with various choices and presented with taste and elegance. .. Also the top wellness center with helpful and kind staff. The location lends itself to other small towns rich in history and culture and also for long walks through the mountain pastures and trails.

Hotel Jolanda is a gem in the heart of the mountain. From the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed by its warm and familiar environment. The hospitality and service are exceptional, with Giovanna and Germano always attentive and smiling, ready to make your stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Gastronomy is another highlight; the food is delicious and presented in an incredible way, with chef Giovanni demonstrating exceptional attention to every dish.

Also, Hotel Jolanda is pet friendly, but it is important to check availability before booking. Its location is ideal for trekking and skiing lovers, offering convenient access to the best trails and slopes. In summary, Hotel Jolanda deserves a 10/10 and is totally recommendable for those looking for a memorable and welcoming experience.

In the beautiful setting of the Dolomites lies this family-run hotel whose history speaks for itself. Me and my partner spent 4 wonderful days, pampered as if we were at home, dinner and breakfast with genuine products and excellent quality. Clean room with great views. The spa with its view of the mountains is also beautiful.
The owners, husband and wife, people at hand, very kind and uncommon professionalism.
We will definitely stay at this hotel again!!

The excellence is due to the excellent quality ratio (which is not lacking) and price. We stayed two weeks in a room with balcony overlooking Pale. Furnishing perhaps a little dated but functional, very recent bathroom, excellent cleaning. The buffet of appetizers, with only vegetables, however numerous and varied, is not crazy as well as that of breakfast (in any case more than sufficient), while the cuisine is tasty and well-kept: choice between 4 first courses and 4 main courses (including always vegetarian or typical dishes from Trentino), dessert and fruit. Once a week typical dinner from appetizer to dessert. There is attention to intolerances and any variants. Non-invasive friendliness, Wi-Fi, TV room, common areas, bar, outdoor facilities, free or covered parking (for a fee). We did not use entertainment and SPA, but the staff was always available for advice and information. Would we go back? Yes, absolutely.

I chose this hotel after reading so many reviews much more than positive.I must say that the reality has far exceeded my expectations: we were assigned a huge beautiful family room, Alpine style, all renovated with double bathroom, extra large shower, double terrace, with beds confortssimi.L'hotel is located exactly under the altarpieces of San Martino, so from here you can enjoy a suggestive view, indeed shivering. The cuisine is superb: abundant, varied and extremely gustosa.Ogni day we organize excursions, one more beautiful than 'altra.I owners are friendly and helpful and... San Martino di Castrozza is a jewel nestled in the Dolomites.
Absolutely to recommend and obviously to return🏔️💚
