Detailed Reviews
Good quality/price ratio, comfy bed, smiling staff, generous parking, and an excellent position if you're skiing in Tognola (the hotel is only 300 m away from the lifts). Dinner was low quality, but then again we only paid around 30 euro for two people, so I guess at least it was fairly priced.

we stayed as a couple and with friends and we were on the second floor and had a great sleep,
maitre super helpful and professional,
typical Trentino dinner with the added value of the vegetable buffet.
functional, practical, clean hotel with ample parking.
We were here because we made the walk to the rosetta shelter and to find friends in the area.

For what we asked of a hotel this week, it regularly performed its duty: a very good support for evening and night of return from daily excursions in the mountains: breakfasts with a decent choice, while dinners deserve a dedicated commendation, really high level with friendly and prepared staff.
Clean and spacious rooms, however average for a three star and enough parking for customers.
Negative note, for those who may be interested: not too close to the village, getting there on foot maybe in the evening is not a very agile thing but you can always take a walk or take the car.

DONT EVER STAY HERE!! I stayed here on a ski trip with my school, the skiing was excellent!!! HOWEVER the hotel was disgusting, the food was inedible and the staff were terribly rude. The hotel is years behind modern times, showers were cold and we had to wait hours to even get one. We had to live off bread rolls for a week!!! This hotel seriously neeeds a reality check!

Horrible policies!!!! This hotel is refusing to give me a refund amid the coronavirus outbreak in the region. Not only has the U.S. State Department restricted travel to the region, but airlines from the U.S. have stopped operating in the area. The people running this hotel are scam artists.

I stayed in this facility at the end of December, beginning of January and I can say that the only saving grace is the location near the ski lifts and the cleanliness of the rooms, everything else is a disaster. New Year's Eve dinner (paid additionally in addition to half board) consisting of a few courses, started at 8.00 pm and ended at 9.15 pm, making us vacate the room in a rude manner. The hall closes at 11pm (even on New Year's Eve!!!!), the bar is closed, all the lights are turned off and the two ladies at the reception chased us away in a very rude manner! Furthermore, after the well-predicted snowfall on December 31st, none of the hotel staff went out of their way to clean the access ramp to the car park or even to put salt to melt the ice in the pedestrian area that leads from the back of the hotel to the parking area. Staff not suitable for this type of activity, three stars not adequate.

Quadruple room large and quite clean. Pillows too low and hard like the wall.
Normal breakfast, a little poor. If you get coffee from the machine it's free, if you ask for a good one from the coffee machine they want €1.20! Staff so-so.. especially the gentleman at breakfast who huffs and always seems angry.
Let's say that the position in relation to the cable car is excellent, otherwise 3 stars are too many.

Modest hotel for those who don't want and expect a lot. Clean, tidy, warm room, professional service. It is outside the town, a 15 minute walk (uphill) towards the centre. The breakfast is quite pleasant and genuine. Very classic hotel style. There is a ski slope nearby (30 m away, right in front of the hotel). Good low season price (one of the most convenient). The only flaw is that the acoustics of the hotel leave something to be desired because you can hear everything, the noises in the living room, from the street.

Good hotel, spacious and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Average food for a three star hotel. Convenient to all main services. The games room with table tennis and five-a-side football is an excellent idea. Entertainment is also available. It was a great pastime for the children
