We were guests of the structure from Sunday 11th to Wednesday 14th February, on half board. Quadruple room consisting of a triple and a single, very welcoming and pleasant, connected by a large hallway which leads to the bathroom, large but old, the only reason why it is not possible to give the maximum score. Very thorough cleaning, silence in the warm rooms, television in every room, telephone for reception. Breakfast is eminently sweet, although there is no shortage of cheese and ham, and (truly) homemade cakes. The peculiar characteristic of this hotel, in an excellent position with respect to the main street of San Vito, decentralized and quiet and with ample parking, is the family nature of the management, which can be seen in the kitchen. In the evening, dinner offers two choices for each dish and the quality and authenticity of the products used, some coming from the owners' farm, makes the difference. Plenty of water, including carbonated, purified water and excellent bulk wine. The meat, vegetables, milk, bread and much more come from the owner's breeding, the landlord who with his talented daughters manages the hotel in an exemplary way. Ski room, proximity to the San Vito ski resorts (where we DIDN'T stay due to lack of snow), huge car park, surveillance of the exteriors, the oasis is truly an excellent hotel that offers a lot of substance, without particular frills, and quality at a right price. The fact that the bathrooms in the rooms are old, but functional and large, takes second place. I recommend half board, enjoying truly genuine food is worth the entire stay. Large lift and full accessibility, large spaces.

Excellent location in the middle of the greenery just outside the centre. The girls were very kind, we had a very nice renovated room in Alpine style, the real plus is the kitchen with products grown on site. We will be back

Stayed here after a day in Cortina and really loved it. Out in the countryside but right off the highway. Lovely and quaint inn with all the modern amenities and reasonably priced. Pastoral setting with stunning mountain views. Lots of free parking available. The rooms are really nice and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with lots of home made choices and delicious coffee. A real gem and highly recommended.

Total disappointment
Reading the previous reviews we expected much, much more. Not worth the 3 stars maximum 2. Room renovated in part, everything else old; bathroom cabinet terrible falling and not functional, absolutely to be replaced. Various cakes for breakfast: industrial aspect, there seemed not homemade as decanted; the same are always proposed at dinner. Homemade yogurt liquid. Dinner: no buffet but cutting board of their products almost always cheeses Alternative to the second: problems having a slice of meat. One side dish and as an alternative always bowl mixed salad. Hospitality: non-existent, the bare minimum, and perhaps even everything to learn: coldness or indifference even at the mere good morning. Zero cordiality. Only positive note: cleanliness Very nice view from the terrace of the room. Value for money: bad Do not return

The room was very clean and had everything we needed. It wasn't big, but it was sufficient.

My biggest problem was with the service. It says it's a non-smoking hotel, but the owner smoked directly outside of Our window. There is no AC, so the only way to cool the room is to open the window. Our room was either hot or smelled like smoke. When we asked the owner if he would mind smoking somewhere else he rudely told us that he would mind and we could shut our window.

When we were checking in, they wanted to keep our passports and just leave them sitting at out in public for anyone to steal once they were done with them. Luckily, we were able to get them to bring them directly to us.

At one point the owner told me to follow him shortly so he could show me how to use the door lock. He then got annoyed and rudely yelled at me to follow him when I didn't immediately follow him. I believe it was a miscommunication not realizing that shortly doesn't mean right away which is understandable. What is not understandable is when you're rude to guests after you have a miscommunication when you speak different languages.

The woman that worked at the front desk was very nice and helpful any time we interacted with her. It was only the male owner that was rude.

I don't think they can control it, but the hotel next door turns into a night club until midnight on weekends making it hard to sleep.

The parking lot is tiny and next to impossible to get in and out of without damaging your car.

We spent 10 days completely immersed in nature, hotel in an ideal location, just outside the city center and therefore quieter; being family-run the food was really great and super plentiful (we often only took 1 portion for 2 people XD) with 2 magnificent sisters who recommended us every day possible excursions, turned out to be really magnificent .... super recommended to those who like family-run hotels:)
ps....we are already thinking of returning next year :)
