This was the third time we stayed here in 10 years and it's slowly becoming a mixed bag. The positives are the entrance and reception looks great and the pool area is the jewel in the hotels crown with it's private location, bar and seating. The staff are great and the cocktail bar and restaurant look the part. It's a...

We were so excited to get to this hotel! After spending thousands on what should have been the holiday of a lifetime for our honeymoon! We arrived at the hotel to gorgeous grounds but that suddenly changes when you walk into the main building. Old fashioned and grubby is what comes to mind about this hotel! The staff are polite...

We stayed at this hotel for 2weeks in September. The hotel was a little tired in places but on the whole we had a really good holiday here.Staff on reception and in the restaurant were very friendly. We had room 402 a good size with big bathroom and lovely big balcony overlooking the garden. The towels were changed every day and the sheets...

Difficult to review really. The hotel is tired and the standard of breakfast was dreadful - luckily we were only bed and breakfast so didn't sample their dinners. The hotel is only 15 minutes walk from the centre of Sorrento but it is not a pleasant walk, it is along narrow pavements on an extremely busy main road - the...

The staff are wonderful, but they have very poor facilities to work with. The Wi-Fi is best not mentioned as it does not work any where in the Hotel. Food was good if you like Pasta, (when in Italy) Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, OK if you are into continental. The pool is freezing all day long, never...

Grand maybe in the 80s. Although a reasonable location to Sorrento town the hotel is dated and the breakfast quality, variety and hygiene awful. Was allocated a suite which was large and clean with big roof balcony. Nice pool and plenty of sun beds. Unfortunately more of a 2 star than 4 star.

Room 38 had a great view (over roof tops) of Vesuvius and Bay of Naples. Balcony was v small - don't look down! The room was clean and well kept. I was there for 10days and though towels were changed every day, the sheets weren't changed at all. The beds were comfortable with firm mattresses. Bathroom showed signs of age...

If you are looking for a nice, quiet and secluded hotel in the Sant'Agnello - Sorrento area you could do a lot worse than the Parco Del Sole. The hotel is situated well back from the Corso Italia main road and provides a comfortable and quiet setting in what is a busy area. The general facilities in the hotel (pool...

This hotel mixes the good and the bad. The entrance/reception and pool area are impressive. The staff for the most part are friendly. Our room was quite spacious. However, other parts of the hotel let it down badly. Breakfast and dinner are served in a damp and musty basement area. The breakfast selection is very hit and miss. While there are...
