Susie is the most fabulous hotelier. She did everything possible to ensure that we enjoyed our stay that it felt as if we were guests in her own home. As an example of her care, shortly after arriving we went for to walk from the top of the Champinoi lift (directly opposite the hotel) and she strongly advised us to...

This really is one of the best hotels in the world - why isn't it 5 star? The room was large and kept very clean. The food, well there was so much food and all of it excellently cooked and prepared. The staff were so attentive, polite and friendly. Susie was an amazing host, always ready to help. The Spa...

Nice size room, very comfortable and clean. Complete with robes and slippers, and reasonable size bathroom. TV, safe, hair dryer, no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Balcony, facing out to the valley. Wi-fi throughout. Location in centre of Selva, with the Ciampinoi gondola directly opposite. Restaurants and cafes close by. There is no half board service available in the...

Our second visit. An extremely comfortable hotel with excellent dining (half board) and all the facilities you might want in a ski resort hotel. A stone's throw from the lifts. First rate pool and leisure complex. Attractive and atmospheric bar. Family run - and it shows. Rooms are not large but very comfortable. Will definitely be returning.

Had a really great time. The room was a little small and the bathroom especially but it's a small price to pay for a phenomenal experience. Perfect in every other way! Very close to lifts. Lovely food! Staff were very welcoming and remember our names. Entertainment is good in the eve too.

We have just returned from a week at this hotel and it was fabulous. It was the first time we had upgraded to this degree for a skiing holiday but it was SO worth it. The room was lovely - cleaned and refreshed throughout the day; the spa was great and a very welcome experience at the end of a...

This hotel makes for an excellent choice, which Duncurin and spouse chose for a late-winter ski break, but would also be perfect in summer. I could go on at great length about its convenient location, its super boot room with locking racks for the skis and heated loops for the boots, complete with work-bench and tools for those who like...

It is two years since we last stayed here and it is as good as ever. Susie welcomed us back like old friends and throughout our stay the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The food was superb and the rooms and communal areas cosy and very clean. Lovely canapes with our evening drinks too and fantastic...
