As a group of senior skiers our expectations have become more and more demanding, Aaritz fullfilled them all. Well organized, great hospitality, great facilities, good food and prime location. Selva is the best starting point for "attacking" the Dolomites and when the hotel is located 50 m from the main cable car you really feel like being in pole position....

Utterly amazing, from the outside to the inside. Great location, best place I have been for skiing and there are some lovely walks if skiing is not for you. Inside the Aaritz, its just everything you could hope for and more. Walking up the striking staircase to the restaurant sets the setting for what is to come. All the food...

We have enjoyed skiing from hotel Aaritz for more than 10 years. Everything works perfectly, and the staff is very attentive and friendly. The owner cares for the guests and one see that much of the money that we pay is reinvested in improvements of the hotel. The breakfast is a chapter for itself. A richer breakfast buffet is hard...

Just back from a week of skiing in the Dolomites. Staying at the Hotel Aaritz was a real pleasure - it appears to be owner run and Susy is around all of the day and evening to keep an eye on things. The restaurant was very professional and friendly at the same time, and the quality of the food was...

We returned to the Aaritz after a great experience last year. The situation opposite the main lift and very close to the bottom of the main runs is excellent. Food ,service and amenities and first class. Suzy and her staff are unfailingly efficient, helpful and pleasant. The heated ski and boot room is a boon.

Our second trip to the Aaritz was as excellent as the last one. We came here for a skiing trip at Easter and returned for another go over the Christmas Holiday. The fact that we were keen to return so soon is an indicator of the brilliant standards at this hotel and the truly friendly welcome with which one is...

I've just returned from a week's stay at the Aaritz and had a single room (room 219) which was lovely. It had a spacious balcony, got the afternoon sun and faced the mountain. It got a bit warmm in the night, but I just opened the balcony door to let the cool night air in. While the road in front...

Stayed here for a ski trip. Was charged a fortune for a child travel cot. Looking back I could have bought one in the town for less than their hourly rate. Was an okay place with friendly staff and clear the bloody ice off the path outside!
