We stayed 5 days with our 2 year old to escape from the scorching heat of the plain and arrived in a magical place.
The location of the hotel is excellent, just a few minutes drive from the main towns of the Puster Valley; in addition, the Croda Rossa cable car can be reached directly on foot via a path of a few minutes. Parking is ample.
We stayed in an apartment inside the residence that is in front of the main structure; to facilitate the connection between the two structures there is a tunnel that passes under the road and therefore allows access to the different areas without necessarily having to go outside.
The apartment was very large and equipped with a great kitchen space with all the necessary appliances, so you can independently manage your meals.
Having half Pension service we could enjoy breakfast and especially the excellent dinner made available by the chef.
The dishes are of excellent quality and the staff has always been available for any request, with a very proactive attitude.
The activities for children are very well managed (much appreciated the excursion with the alpacas) although probably the mini club is more appreciated by children aged 3 and over; also the restaurant service allows children to access early to be able to have lunch / dinner without having to wait for the parents' time.
The pool and outdoor play area is simply spectacular, allowing you to "fill" even rainy days when hiking is not possible.
Special thanks to Davide, who offered us a fantastic service in all meals, and Mrs. Rainer, able to handle every situation with enthusiasm and competence.
We will definitely be back!

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and had a great time... we are a family of 4 (2 adults and two girls aged 2 and 4 years)
Stunning location with a breathtaking view...we had a suite with a truly huge and very clean garden...excellent dinner and breakfast, always very varied and refined with particular attention to gluten-free...each dish arrived with a tag to indicate that it was gluten-free and every morning I found a basket with gluten-free products at the table
...all the guys in the bar and restaurant were very kind..in particular Gabriella who understood our needs after the first evening..excellent entertainment service..the girls had a lot of fun..we will definitely be back!

I spent a wonderful week with my 5 year old daughter in this hotel, everything was perfect.
Our room was spacious, always clean and tidy, we had a small balcony with a breathtaking view directly onto the ski slopes surrounded by majestic snow-covered mountains to make everything even more magical.
The bathroom is beautiful, with a bathtub and double sink, very comfortable and spacious for placing the various products.
Aesthetically the hotel is really beautiful, the rooms are spacious. Eating at our table was a treat, waking up and having breakfast with that panoramic view made the day even more satisfying.
Excellent breakfast, vast and of good quality. The cuisine was very good, we always had divine dinners, Jasmin's impeccable service made us feel even more pampered.
Attention to children is important, they always have a special buffet and my daughter has always liked it.
The hotel is located in a beautiful and convenient location, making it easier for parents and children. On the -2 floor there is the very convenient equipment rental with the appropriate lockers to conveniently leave everything after skiing.
Next to the rental there is direct access to the ski slopes which is very convenient.
In front there is a room where you can change children or leave clean spare parts.
On the -1 floor there is the mini club for children, wonderful, large, full of all types of games and with a beautiful view of the outside.
The babysitters are kind and helpful, the children's weekly program is impeccable, ski school in the morning, followed by assisted lunch and from the afternoon a series of always different indoor and outdoor activities. My daughter had a lot of fun and made so many new friends.
Convenient ski school directly on floor 1 where you can book lessons for parents and children.
The spa is very beautiful and spacious, with a wonderful swimming pool made to measure for children with a slide, the outdoor swimming pool is something magical especially when the sun is shining, the sauna area is also perfect and there is the possibility of day to be able to bring the children too to try as many experiences as possible together. The relaxation area is really large with various loungers and sofas surrounded by a breathtaking view.
The torchlight procession for parents and children was a beautiful experience, the owner of the hotel accompanied us into the woods with the charm of the evening.
Another beautiful detail, for my birthday I found the greetings on my table with a thought, it was very nice.
I definitely recommend a holiday in this hotel, if you have children it will be the best for both them and their parents.
Thanks to all the staff and the owner for making us feel pampered
We will definitely be back.❤️

My stay at this hotel made me reflect above all on how human greed is blind and abstract: in fact, given a daily expense of 1,000 Euros, multiplied by the 7 days of my stay (total expense: 7,000 (seven thousand) Euros), I was charged 80 (eighty) Euros as a supplement for the New Year's Eve dinner, not indicated in the estimate. When I pointed out that there were no supplements for this dinner, I was told: "Yes, in fact this increase was not foreseen...". With the prospect of facing a 9 hour journey home, I didn't feel like discussing it any further. Other than that, the resort is beautiful and well-kept. Guests are given a lot of freedom in using the structure and its amenities. However, be careful to use the washing machine before asking the price! Access to the slopes and the attached ski storage room are very convenient. The catering is varied and of good quality. Good quality/price level for the wines included in the list, adequately extensive. The snack included in the price is appreciated, but to fully enjoy it you should hurry! The swimming pool is beautiful and the wellness center is well equipped, where, according to Tyrolean tradition, walking around naked is permitted.
The rooms in winter are characterized by a 24-hour dry heat, which dries out the mouth during sleep, causing a sore throat; I suggest having a special oral spray.

We stayed at Rainer only one night of passage to the Puster Valley, the location is very convenient right at the entrance of the village and the parking is ample.
The room was a bit old but large and with great facilities for the little ones, panoramic restaurant but very reviewable food.
Beautiful children's area but also that should be refreshed, entertainers who did not seem particularly motivated. We did not use the pool and spa, the outdoor park with games is very nice. It did not strike us as much but perhaps deserves a longer stay.

We were guests of the structure for 13 days and we will return next year!
The location is enviable, with direct access to the slopes, an excellent ski school and always ready to satisfy the needs of children of different ages and abilities. Super quick and perfect equipment rental directly in the facility. Excellent mini club, with friendly, attentive and courteous staff! Alghenda and her smile will remain in the hearts of my children! Clean, spacious and warm rooms, with breathtaking views! Excellent spa and swimming pool, it would just be more appropriate to have a greater presence of staff in the wellness area! The real added value of the structure, which may present some defects, is the splendid and irreplaceable Mrs. Rainer who, thanks to her magical powers, solves all types of problems for her guests (at least the solvable ones!).

We stayed in a nemes suite with our 8-year-old son. We were assigned a table with a great view for breakfast and dinner and I must say it was a crazy plus, great to eat with such a view.
Our son participated in the bread at the mill activity and the family walk with the alpacas of the rainer family, both very nice! The two indoor pools at different heights entertained our son with the slide and swimming, but the view while relaxing in the outdoor heated pool is priceless.
Really gourmet dinner, we ate very well.
Cleanliness of the rooms impeccable.
Really nice outside games.
Our son, also by our choice (on vacation we like to be together), did not use much of the mini / kids club but for our needs the holiday was really 10 and praise!

I chose this structure as it describes itself as Family Resort with a Mini/Kids club divided into clubs for “assistance” to children in the range of 1-3 years and another range from 3 years upwards. My husband and I have a 13-month-old baby and so we said it was the perfect solution because it was one of the few Family Resorts to have a baby club that could also include our son. We brought him on the 1st day and stayed with him to see how he could live that environment, it went great, he played quiet and had fun. The second time then we try to leave him after 19.30 for Max a half hour, the time to dine us and join him. We were the ones who had to tell the educator to start entertaining our son so as not to make us notice too much of the detachment and she remained there still. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with the educator Valentina who, not only did not call me as per the regulations, but brought the baby back after 5 minutes in my arms, coming to look for me in person for the hotel, the baby was visibly upset by the crying and my husband and I found that she was the passive observer of the children, did not play with them and did not think to entertain even those 5 minutes to try to console our son.
I am very sorry because this structure is gorgeous, the staff very attentive to every customer need and in fact special mention to Davide for the dinner service but they have a lot to improve for the mini club part. I repeat, I am sorry because this out of tune note did not need us as we chose this structure among many just as they describe themselves. For sure I will not recommend it to friends with children aged 1/3 years but from a higher age yes.

2nd year in this hotel for a magnificent stay from start to finish! Whether in the quality of the rooms, the cleaning, the bedding, the well-heated and perfectly pleasant outdoor swimming pool, the spa, the children's club or the restaurant... everything was wonderful! the staff is serious but also adorable. Thank you to Jasmine for the service at the table and in the sauna, thank you to Agnès for her kindness and her competence during cleaning, thank you to our young waiter from Puglia for his smile and his dynamism, thank you to the attentive and available room manager… Everyone is of uncommon kindness and competence! the chef prepared exceptional dishes for us all week, we appreciated the beauty and quality of the dishes they prepared for us every day (a real surprise and celebration every evening!!) as well as the products available in self-service (fruits, fruit salads, vegetables, cakes in the morning, and all and variety of products offered). With direct access to the slopes.
We particularly appreciate this atmosphere which remains family despite the importance of the Hotel, as well as the concern to share the values of the region (in terms of gastronomy, environmental and sporting). We are looking forward to returning next year and are even considering spending the summer there because the activities seem just as rich and diverse!

Positive sides:
Incredible cleanliness and excellent cuisine, really good.
Super top sports massage.

Downsides:
Staff who don't speak Italian on the floors, but pretend to understand: result, they didn't clean the room.
Dining room staff not up to par, in fact I had rude responses and I waited more than 15 minutes for both dinner and breakfast for a coffee.
They told me that it is correct not to have a bottle available or for sale; heck, they are a Kinder hotel and they don't even have a bottle for sale but they have t-shirts and air fresheners.
Very good baby club girls, but they replied that from 2pm to 4pm they were outdoors so if you weren't independent it was better to avoid it; it would be correct to have one person inside and one outside.
