We ended up in this hotel almost by chance but our expectations were greatly exceeded, starting from the furnishings of the room which combines modern linearity with respect for the typical mountain environments, to the welcome of our beloved Labrador dog which is not so obvious after all. in other structures, attention to even the smallest details such as the delicious choice of bedroom slippers or the presence of very soft blankets on the reclining armchairs on the terrace.
The breakfast is excellent, offering a wide selection of both savory and sweet dishes and reserves great surprises every day, from vegetable and fruit juices, to the choice of different types of butter, to the offer of exotic and local fruit, or crepes with Nutella or to jam and much more, to fully satisfy what is the category most appreciated by guests.
The hotel is equipped with a splendid 2500 m2 spa that is very tidy and clean, as well as being elegantly equipped, where you are immediately welcomed by the legendary Roberto, who takes you to visit the facilities while trying to identify your personal characteristics and therefore offer you a path aimed at your psychophysical relaxation. Courtesy and professionalism also pass through the hands of the sweet Olga and Giada, but only because I have had personalized treatments with them, and they envelop you in positive sensations.
The restaurant has always served excellent dishes, well cared for in presentation and respectful of the local tradition.
Each sector of the hotel is inspired by the principle of kindness towards the customer which is even more appreciated in older age.
These and many other characteristics make this hotel classifiable among the five stars, at least in terms of customer evaluation.

Wonderful spa, clean location and attention to detail. Outdoor heated swimming pool with whirlpool overlooking the Dolomites exceptional. Relaxation area, gym, saunas of all kinds, everything fantastic. The only flaw is that you should add hydromassage jets in the outdoor pool as they are not enough and the only ones present can only be done lying on the bench. We took the day spa and snack package and it was worth it as the snack offered was plentiful and varied (sweet and savoury). Very kind and prepared staff, we will definitely return as soon as possible.

We stayed here for a week for our annual ski trip.

The hotel is in a beautiful location surrounded by stunning mountains and right next to a chair lift.

Our room was in the main hotel building, it was very modern and spacious with a balcony overlooking the stunning scenery. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space.

The hotel has a fantastic spa with plenty of treatments on offer as well as various saunas, steam rooms, plunge pool and a heated indoor/outdoor pool which is perfect for relaxing after a day up the mountain.

Breakfast, afternoon snacks and dinner are all included, we found all of the food we had to be of a very high standard and we enjoyed trying something different every day. The only downside is that they don’t serve decent pizza in the bar and instead have a menu of frozen pizzas which is blasphemy for Italy :(

The ski locker room is well equipped and has warmers to leave your boots on inside the locker which is a nice touch.

All of the staff were happy and helpful, I cannot recommend this hotel enough and we look forward to returning in the future.

Basically we booked in January 4 nights, did everything online paid the deposit of 550 euros, now I understand why. Then we got confirmation from them. Except it's my husband's fault he didn't have after bed. But let's face it why we feel screwed? Because nowhere on the site does it say for that shabby depandans, which looks more like a condominium with furniture from the sixties, bathroom ditto!!! And we are talking about a 5-star hotel, which gives me all the services. Are you kidding me? In that depandans there is no service!!! If you want to go to the hotel you have to dress walk over the ice because obviously it is not clean to cross the main road and enter the hotel, to eat, or go to the SPA (it was our main goal) change and do the SPA. Then if you need for anything from the room, relaxed you have to dress dry well and take the same route being careful the road, ice, stairs. Impossible, shameful. You're covered with your cards, but gentlemen don't let people fool you like that. We drove miles. I hope someone learns from our experience is be careful what they write to you. I repeat it is no small amount almost 1400 euros for three nights and find yourself in such a situation. Again, shame on you.

Positive side:
-the manager Charly and her colleague Florence hiking and spa are professional people, helpful and nice vote 10
-good cuisine and very varied from breakfast to dinner
-spa with many services the only flaw the indoor pool which is not heated.
Downside:
We stayed in the residence always bad moos adjacent to the hotel, very old structure with carpet. The first night there was a strong smell of spoiled meat in the room and we slept with the window open. The next day same thing and I took action talking to the technician and he also confirmed that he smelled bad. The next day not letting me know anything I went to the reception and asked the technician in the presence of the manager if they had taken action and they told me that it was decisive to open the water tap, as if I should be competent ... In the evening, however, the smell was still felt. The director did not even bother to know if the smell had gone away.
I point out that I paid 600€ per night for me and my son + extra and I think it is not appropriate with the structure they gave me.

We were looking for the best and we found it. A hotel with attention to cleanliness and order with friendly, discreet and always available staff.
In particular: we booked a beautiful, new, large and spacious room (Mountain suite) with a Sky package in the room, fabulous for those who follow sport on Sky channels, we found a wellness area that was equally well looked after and always well manned. The pools are large and with water at a very pleasant temperature even for those, like me, who spend hours in the water with children. I tried a treatment (massage) and the girl was very professional.
CATERING
The quality of the food is exceptional: we took advantage of the 3/4 board, the light lunch is varied and offered in a wide time slot, in the evening there is also a menu dedicated to children who, like mine, are still selective in choosing the bring.
For those who appreciate Healthy cuisine, there is never a shortage of options and it is always possible to eat (also) healthy and balanced dishes. Those who love sweets will always find a rich buffet.
POSITION
The hotel is located near the departure of the Croda Rossa cable car and also has winter equipment rental in the hotel garage, without forgetting that it is literally one step away from the start of the Val Fiscalina path, the walk is unmissable.
I certainly don't have enough space to explain everything that the property offers and it truly deserves the best compliments and, perhaps, even another star! Valentina, Matteo and Filippo

We arrived late after a delayed flight to discover extremely loud music playing in the reception area. This made check in very stressful as we could hardly hear what the staff were saying. Eventually our luggage was loaded up ready for transport to our rooms. The reception staff asked if we wanted to have our meal first so we agreed as it was after 10pm. However the dining room staff said that we were too early as they'd been told 10:30pm. This made us feel most unwelcome after a 12 hour day of travel. It was only a cold platter so we couldn't understand the problem.

We had rooms in the smaller building which is quite some distance from the main hotel but accessed via a long corridor. It was, however, handy for the spa area. One of our rooms had a balcony and the other was beside the lift but we didn't feel that it was too noisy.

The food was all excellent and we were all very impressed with the choice at breakfast and buffets in the evening. Our waiter Marco was delightful, always smiling.

We tried lots of different options in the spa including various aufguss in the saunas and the Tibetan bells (most relaxing). The outdoor pool was very inviting with the jacuzzi area at one side and amazing views of the mountains.

On two occasions we borrowed snowshoes and were very pleased with them. We also hired skis from the company in the basement and were very pleased with the quality and value for money. The hotel could not be better placed for the ski lift.

All in all, an excellent visit. The week went by too quickly and we'd love to return.

Excellent recommendation by our local travel agent Global Travel in West Kirby and the brochures and website did not disappoint.
Hotel is a beautifully designed timber/ pine structure and very welcoming staff who are multi lingual, note that people often defer to German or Italian and most places names are in both.
Room on 3rd floor overlooking the afjoing slopes and spa area below was very quiet despite the hotel being full.
Hotel have a programme of events printed on reception contrary to a previous comment which are all worth participating in especially Charly's Laryx Sauna!
Lots to do from just local hikes up to various " hutte" just ask reception, cross country / nordic skiing tracks adjacent but beware you need to be sure how to stop as it's not like skiing and you will need to pay 15 euro to use the paths as well as ski hire from Papin Sports which is situated under the hotel.
Superb skiing and also tours from hotel, the skidoo and tobogganing to the Tres Cimes with Charly and Florence is excellent and great fun.
Treatments especially sports massage with Sarah are worth trying especially after long day out on slopes.
Food is excellent and varied each night, you will be allocated a table for the week and you will pre order your dinner so that the waiters are able to run their excellent service, Claudia deserves a mention, and especially Andrea who served us all week.
Try to speak a little Italian even through using Google Translate to show willing and have some fun too.
A great holiday, wish we had stayed foe longer than a week and we will be back for sure.

Beautiful structure for those who love skiing, wellness, good food.
Perfect organization in a structure managed by a very kind and welcoming staff, ready to respond to every need in an instantaneous time. The location in the center of the Three Peaks area and the presence of adjacent lifts are a significant plus.
The services of the SPA and the restaurant with endless, abundant and always varied proposals of delicious delicacies for breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner are a wonder to enjoy.
Obviously I look forward to returning.

I usually don't write reviews even though we travel a lot and have visited 40 countries.
But for this one I really feel I have to.

Me and my wife stayed there for four nights.
Upon arrival we got help with our baggage by house keeper (Guliano) and that was only positive thing at arrival. He was really helpful.
We reserved junior suite romantic room and got a renovated suite with a view on gondola station which you can hear inside, worth 513€ with dinner??? (I will come to that) per night.
For me to spend romantic and active short holidays with my wife that was unacceptable so I asked for a room with a better view. We got a room in old part of hotel (same price) but with better view.
Room was spacious and ok. Nothing special and definitely not romantic.

And now a dinner, which is being advertised as a kind of surplus.
You are offered a choice of starter and main course from a menu of two or three options. You can take the dishes from the buffet before serving the dishes on the menu. There are quite a few dishes and extras, and they are quite tasty. When you finally decide and can hardly wait to see what you will get from the menu you have chosen, disappointment follows.
All the dishes on the menu that we ate all four days were below average and disappointing. The only bright spot in the service are the waiters Mirko, John and Ylenia. Thanks to them for their kindness.
A word about the spa. Even though it covers 2,500 square metres, it can be very busy and crowded.
In short. For the money, I would have liked a better room and, above all, better food.
I hope next time we will choose better elsewhere.
