Supposedly close to the airport but our taxi driver had problems locating it. Although a beautiful historic building - it is very dilapidated. We were allocated aN EXTREMELY basic room down a corridor - not at all like the photos. It had a most uncomfortable bed, basic bathroom and amenities. We were shown around as the owner was very proud of her...

Very old and small room. Nothing like in the pictures. Bed is more then uncomfortable. Worst bed in my life. Mosquitos and air con broke after 2 days. Towels seem to be from the kitchen - very thin. Breakfast at its minimum and dinner menu is not tasty at all, but expensive. Low quality food. But Staff is friendly. In...

Walking through the main entrance hall was a charming walk into the...

Garden overgrown, trash, bear cans, old toilets next to parking and entrance, room not vacuumed etc - no chance we could get a good nights rest so we left even if they charged us €155, which they did.

You can almost feel the history as you walk through the rooms, relax in the loggia or sit by the pool in the afternoon. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, thank you all for welcoming us to the beautiful...

Our room was huge and interesting. The staff were extremely friendly. We ate in the restaurant - steak Florentine... delicious! When we...

The minute you walk in you will be impressed with all the frescoes and furnishing. A wonderful and historical place to stay. Unfortunately, it was our last night in Italy... BUT, we will come back and stay longer next time!
