We visited the hotel for our honeymoon and overall had a fantastic experience. On the first night the team arranged for us to have dinner in the bistro area (a separate smaller dining area that was perfect for a romantic meal). We were lucky to have this to ourselves, but I am not sure if this would always be the... More

The setting for the hotel is lovely,as is the convenience of ski in and ski out. Nice ski lockers that dried and warmed our mitts and boots. We shared our room with our daughter, and the hotel organized an extra bed for her, so all good in this regard. The bathrooms were also nicely renovated. It was a nice touch... More

We have narrowly escaped being charged €15 for the privilege of asking for 2 wine glasses for our room. Of course, we were unwilling to pay this. Having skied all over the world, I have never been charged for use of the hotel spa. The charge per person here is €12.50. The adjoining pool was full with screaming children, not... More

The hotel is a handsome building, warm and comfortable. Our room was large and comfortable, with 'jacuzzi' bath and fabulous mountain views from the full-length balcony. Just across from the entrance was a short snow path that led directly onto the hill. A short run took you to the foot of three lifts. Coming back up, the nearest lift stops... More

Unfortunately the hotell does not deliver though it has all opportunitys , food is really bad and the service is not even better, cleaning aswell poor. The only thing that beats everything is the bartender , he is just great , receptionstaff needs education in service . Thats the facts.

I had a pleasant stay in this high-class hotel. Skiing out is no problem but an easy way skiing in requires you take the last chair-lift at 16:30h. The ski room is great. The room I booked was small and a little bit smelly. The view was disappointing. The performance of the chambermaid was variable. One day almost no more... More

The hotel is nice enough with clean rooms and good food. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Gino the cocktail barman was good, in not a little exuberant, but he puts on a great shown when making a cocktail. Its a good ski in and ski out venue (when you finally work out how to get onto the run... More

Just back from a great week snowboarding. We were a bit frustrated by arriving at 10am and not being able to check in until 3pm... Lovely hotel friendly staff. The food was delicious lacking in vegetables but if you love meat you will be happy! Buffet desert and starters brilliant choice. Shame we weren't told the spa would cost extra,... More

We stayed here for a week of skiing. We had the half-pension (breakfast and dinner). Excellent selections at breakfast and also wonderful at dinner. A nice wine list in the restaurant. The rooms were comfortable and had everything-only the WiFi was slow, but that is the case in many hotels. Ski in Ski out-worth staying here, but expensive.

Not a bad hotel but this is the first time we have ever been asked to pay 12.5 euro per day to use the wellness centre or to swim. We have been skiing everywhere and this is a first! We have told them we won't be returning! Pity because the food is amazing. Bit far out of town but there... More
