Perfect spot to explore Umbria. Very good restored hotel. The whole hotel breaths the ancient countryside atmosphere. Nice pool and a very good breakfast. In the evening it is however very far why from everything. For a restaurant you need a car

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in August and loved it. The location is beautiful, lots of space fully immersed in the countryside, decorated with taste and professionally managed. Bravo! We will go back!

There is a gentle style about this small hotel which gives it that little bit extra. Not perfect but very good with a good range of facilities and country pastimes available. Rooms are fine and the slow food approach to dining makes for a better than average experience. Good value and friendly (maybe the best value is to be had out of peak season).

A lovely hotel in the peaceful Umbrian countryside. We had a suite, that was the perfect size for us 2. The room was spotlessly clean when we arrived and serviced everyday. Luanna was very helpful in giving us directions to the local cool places. Breakfast was ok, it was the usual muffins, cakes, and croissants with coffee & juices (included in the price). The wifi came in waves, but it work well enough for us. If you are looking for an authentic italian relaxing vacation then I would recommend.

We loved our brief stay at Borgo della Marmotta. We were greeted warmly, were shown around the lovely public rooms and were delighted by our bedroom. Our dinner was excellent as was breakfast. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained.
