To sum it up: Just perfect - never expected such a hospitality, cordiality and nice apartment with love to details. The House is beautiful, calm, relaxing. Kitchen is well equipped, everything very clean. Moreover the owner and her family took care about us, helped us as we had problems with our car, gave us good tips for excursions, were always there for asking without being present too much. Just the perfect choice - we will surely come back! Grazie Mille!

We had four fantastic days at Eremo delle Fate, close to Spoleto. The apartment was very nice, the pool and the courtyard was cool and the view was breathtaking. The hosts were warm and welcoming people - we loved it all, and we already look forward to our next stay.

Everything about this place was excellent and far exceeded by expectations. The location, the apartment, the private patio, the pools, the owner Ginerva, her mother, and Eliza are all amazing. Everyone was so helpful, welcoming and genuinely nice. The food at the restaurant and cooking class we did was superb. Would love to come back and visit.

I stayed at Eremo delle Fate with my family last month for a week - and we had the most amazing experience. After reading through all the amazing reviews and seeing the photos, we expected a beautiful retreat, but we also got so much more. We all agreed that the beauty completely surpassed our expectations. There were two pools - one on the bottom surrounded by rose bushes - one on the top with a beautiful vista - we spent time at both, rarely seeing another person. In addition, we loved walking around the grounds - the owners have carefully planned every inch of their property with beautiful fig and olive trees, rose bushes, and so much more. We saw where the bee hives are and made friend with the local cats. We could have spent all week just relaxing here! The apartment itself was immaculate and spacious. It was outfitted with everything you need to stay for a long period of time and self serve yourself. More importantly though, the service we received here was phenomenal. Admittedly, we were not the most low maintenance guests. We didn't have a rental car for a portion of the time there and relied on the office manager Elisa (who is amazing!) for help with this. She would listen to the activities that we wanted to do - like a wine tasting day in Montefalco - and then booked visits at wineries she recommended (which were amazing), a car service, and even lunch. We also took advantage of the dinner service they offered 3 of the nights we were there - it was the best food we had on our trip! You have the option of choosing a 2 or 3 course meal - each evening we received something completely different, and most importantly - fresh! Because this is a working farm, most of the ingredients they cooked with are from their property. One night for antipasti we had wonderful fresh figs and honey that were made there. Another evening, we were the only guests eating at the restaurant, and Elisa decided we should take advantage of the view, and planned dinner an hour earlier by the upper pool, so we could eat and watch the sunset. It was magical! We also took the cooking class offered wit Ginerva (the owner) and her amazing mother. The two of them were so friendly and funny, and the class was beyond informative. We learned several pasta techniques, made raviolis, stuffed zucchini, tiramisus, and some meatballs. It was a wonderful few hours and we truly learned so much. Staying here made our 2 week adventure in Italy truly unforgettable. It's the perfect place to go with any group type, and I hope to be back one day!

We can't say enough about our stay at Eremo delle Fate. The property itself is stunning - and massive! It looks exactly like the pictures, but even better. Potted plants and olive trees and roses (and cats) everywhere! Eliza is amazing and helped us plan so many things, including a wine tasting day, which was amazing. She was very patient with us even though we were being difficult and indecisive guests. She really made our trip for us - thank you so much if you are reading this! We ate at the property 3 times and the food changes each night with a set plan, and is truly amazing. Eliza also set up one of the dinners for us on the top pool for sunset which was beautiful!!! We took a cooking class with the property owner Ginerva and her mother. Both women were so nice and accommodating as well. The cooking class was the best cooking class I have ever done! 10/10 would recommend to anyone planning a trip to Italy! Thanks for an amazing stay!
