From the road, this hotels almost looks like a motel. But inside you realize that this is right on the beach. We were there in preseason, but I guess this hotel is perfect when the summer kicks in. Service is super friendly and personal. The rooms have a small patio and comfortable beds, strange table cloth thick bathroom towels though. Breakfast is average Italian.

Myself and my partner booked Hotel Acquasanta as a stop off point between Rome and Pompeii, and we are both very glad we did. We stayed one night and had a standard room. The room was basic but had everything we needed, including a small patio area. The main highlight of our stay was the incredibly close proximity of the ocean. The hotel has its own private beach area with sunbeds. We also ate in the hotel restaurant which was set up outside and was lovely to enjoy our meal right next to the ocean. The staff were very attentive and friendly. A perfect stop off hotel! Thank you Hotel Acquasanta!

The location of this hotel makes it a real gem. If you take one of the superior rooms with terrace (nos 11 to 14), the beach and the sea are only yards away and you can enjoy an evening drink on your own terrace with a beautiful view. There are other rooms and "bungalows" but these tend to face onto the car park but they are set apart by landscaping and walls. There are four bungalows fronting right onto the beach if you cannot get into one of the superior rooms. The rooms, and the hotel in general, are extraordinarily clean, have very large beds, air conditioning and wi-fi access.

The owners and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Two of the Reception staff speak fluent English and are very willing to help translate if you get stuck when conversing with the other staff. This was our third visit and each year there is an innovation introduced. It wasn't open in mid July but they are preparing a new sun terrace on the roof with a spa-type area.

The restaurant food is very good quality which is just as well as you do need a car if you want to eat anywhere else. However, the lunch and dinner menus are the same, so you can run out of choice options pretty quickly - especially, if you don't eat fish.

By 11am, the hotel is very quiet as it is mainly older couples and families with children who use the hotel. I have seen one or two teenagers staying there who have looked bored bonkers because it goes so quiet in the evening. The bonus is that you can generally get a peaceful night's sleep.

It does have it's limitations; they do run out of certain menu items, some of the wines are not always available and the bar is not always stocked with what could be considered basic items......but, hey ho, welcome to southern Italy.

Just of the road towards the village of Terracina but with nice parking, rooms at the beach or Junior suits with airco, clean and spacious . Great breakfast and diner, either eating in- or outdoors along the quiet beach . Spacious hotel with decent food and good service . Ask for the 'fish of the day'. Overall the hotel is rated 3 stars but leans more towards a 4 star family hotel . The owner speaks English fluently . Very peaceful and romantic .

We made a last minute booking on the way to Florence from Pogliano a Mare and turned up 2 hours late due to our unfamiliarity with Italian roads. Great staff and service and great full breakfast in the dining room overlooking a sandy beach. We look forward to returning soon.

This was a last minute booking and turned out to be a great choice.
Easy driving distance from Rome airport and even though a little way out of the main town, a good choice.
Great location, right on the beach. Lovely staff and the room was well appointed, quiet and comfortable.
Breakfast was very nice with a wide selection to choose from.

Dropped in here without a reservation at 9.00pm at night. Great staff, even got the chef to stay back and prepare a lovely fish dinner (fritto misto) for us. The room was motel style, but good size, comfortable and clean. Excellent breakfast - including 16 different cakes ! unbelievable. Hotel is right on the beach, good beds etc. so stayed for lunch as well. We wanted to stay longer but sadly they were fully booked - I can understand why. Very good, hands-on family run Hotel. You can see it is family run, so much better than a lot of chains. Very personal touches in public areas.

The hotel is on the beach. Actually, it consists of several small houses. Our room and the big terrace had the seaview. There were some next to the road, that I didn't like.
It's a very, very quiet place. Everybody whispers there! If you want to rest- this is the perfect place. Breakfast is perfect and it's served on a big terrace with a wonderful seaview. There is a small restaurant in the hotel. We used to go to dinner there. The food is very bad there (lasagna was the worst that I had in my life), but the music was alive, old Italian songs, which I adore. The beach is clean, the stuff works on it all the time. I also remember a romantic shower on the beach, surrounded with many oleanders. I would go there again. Sweet place!

Here we spent our May vacation. This is very comfort quiet place. We had best service.
You have room on the good sand beach and free transfer to beging of main street of Terrachina. Special thanks to manager Garimaldo and his young team ( Bogena, Luka -Russian-Italian-English speakers, and Vinchenco)

If you have mountin bike there are a lot of place to visit

Tasty breakfasts)
