Located within easy walking distance back from the shorefront, this modern establishment offered smallish but comfortable rooms. Air conditioning would have been handy in over 30 degree heat. Nice alfresco dinner while watching Euro 16 soccer.

We were visiting Lake Garda for 4th year, these year we have choosen HVA and is our best choice till now! 2 families with small children (2 boys of 3,5 years) and 1 couple spent great 5 day holidays. The food was great, especially the dinner, nothing fried, oily, everything very home-made and healthy, 3 course menu for first and...

A wonderfully well run small hotel close to most activities in the area. Clean rooms with great facilities, delicious functional food, a very friendly staff keen to make your stay even better. We will certainly look to stay again, when next in Garda area.

Hotel Villa Alberta is owned and run by a helpful and kind family who are obviously proud of their business. We stayed in their annex across the street from the main building. It was secure inside a locked gate, and our bikes were stored in a large, locked area specifically for bikes and other gear. The hotel is clean and...

Stayed at villa Alberta for 3 nights. It is a nice and clean 3* hotel. Small rooms with even smaller showers. Same breakfast each day but with bread, cereals and cakes. The hotel is close to the city center and should be quiet but noisy from the constructions on the other side of the road. The rooms getting really warm...

Wonderful staff - could not be more helpful. Rooms are spotless and great location. Breakfast is very good- more than you would expect from a three star and in gorgeous courtyard area. Can hire bikes from hotel for €5 for the day and cycle for miles on easy bike tracks. Much cheaper than hiring from surf/bike rentals on the lake....

We have just recently returned from a holiday in Italy and stayed at the Hotel Villa Alberta, Torbole, Lake Garda and was very disappointed. We were with a party of 30 from Scotland, on a coach touring holiday and stayed here for seven nights. We would not even class it as a hotel. A very modest guest house would be...

Can't understand why anyone would give this hotel a bad review. Staff were friendly & helpful. Food was excellent & plenty of it. There is a short walk to the hotel from Coach dop off point but this is only because there is no access to Hotel for the Coach - staff took all luggage to Hotel on arrival &...
