The only activities for everybody are: wake up late, breakfast, beach, eat, swim in a crowdy spool, eat again (be the first otherwise you don't have desert any more!) in a noisy hall with closed doors outside and finally always same boring night music. No quiet place in the entire place and stupid "Smart card" system to pay your drinks....

Torre canne is such a lovely place for a relaxing vacation and Gran serena hotel is its peak, a little diamond point. The hotel is amazing: excellent rooms, very clean, big and comfortable. Wide selection of facilities: i personally enjoyed the outside fitness area, the olympic pool and then the therapeutic spa. Another very efficient service is the bar and restaurant:...

Dispensary with a huge range of services for the elderly. SPA-services for people come from different places, even organized a large parking lot for buses. Therefore, here the complex there is an incredible amount of people. Arrivals only on Sundays. Be prepared to spend 2-3 hours just to check-in. For us at check-in for the score, including a greater amount...

Dear Guest, we consider it absolutely important to respond to your review, with the transparency that characterizes the relationship with our Guests. Following all the points you reported: At check in, it could happen that there are “peak moments”, during which the arrivals are concentrated: in this case, there is a large hall at guests’ disposal, while waiting, with air...
