Me and my boyfriend were there for 3 nights. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. One small disadvantage: the hotel was a bit noisy due to poor sound insulation. The biggest plus is clearly that you can reach the sea in less than 5 minutes!

We stopped here for one night on our motorcycle tour of Italy and had a lovely room as the side of the hotel though without a view. It had secure parking in the basement which was useful for us having two motorcycles. Breakfast provided plenty of choice too

The hotel is very esthetic: clean and modern lobby, and outdoor space for sitting. The room is sufficient, tho the train can be heard at night Breakfast is very pleasant. Parking is available, and this is a big plus. The hotel seems to cater to the elderly, who stay for longer periods of time, but it is a very good...

The only reason I put three star is because of the will of the staff to help you. We got the most expensive suite on the 4th floor and it was constant struggle to call reception desk for equipment fixing. The TV did not work. The AC did not work in the bedroom. The towels are so old and smelly....

We were put in Room 111 which was cramped, had a direct view (reach out and touch) onto the A/C units, had scaffolding erected outside the window (we couldn't leave it open for security reasons), and an air conditioning unit in the room which failed to work, despite our requests. The train line into Varazze station was also within metres,...

Good morning. The night that you spent the night in our hotel were not available other standard rooms. We proposed a superior room, but you did not accept the different rate. The scaffolding outside the window are due to work to improve the structure, to try not to get complaints, to try to give more comfort to our guests. The...

Nice hotel, rooms simple but clean. Breakfast very good, staff helpful and parking under the hotel a real bonus. Great location near the town centre, shops, beach and marina. Will be back again when I next visit Varazze.
