We spent 10 days literally unplugging from the stress accumulated during the year. The structure is decidedly elegant and attention to every detail not least to acceptce also reserve a dog area for our little companions. The staff is very attentive and helpful in every kind of request. The rooms are large, spacious and elegant, the breakfast is great, the pool and spa (with attached gym) make various days facilitating everything even in bad weather, where you can take advantage relaxing with massages, and / or personal care;
every day you are greeted by the smile of the staff; I would like to point out in particular Ilaria of reception, always friendly and professional with all customers. We will be back...definitely soon!

We were fortunately just passing through and spent one night in this terrible hotel. Sleep was unthinkable until 1 a.m. due to a so-called dinner event. The extremely loud “party music” roared throughout the hotel. Also, the staff was extremely noisy and took no account of cleaning up in the middle of the night. No accommodating reception at night or in the morning, you were simply left standing.
I would like to point out very urgently that the wellness area has nothing to do with the pictures online or with European standards. Dirty, unkempt and unprofessional.... the staff even march through wearing dirty street shoes.
The rooms are ok equipped for one night, but again not a standard for a wellness and spa hotel. Our room was unfortunately damp and the beds extremely hard.

I went to the Spa but I was very disappointed..too dirty...absolutely no relaxation (too many children), small bathrooms (only 2 showers). Cell phones should be BANNED during the course and perhaps leave the children at home. In the spa kit Please check the condition of the slightly worn slippers.

We are here for a few days of chillaxing. Check in was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are cozy in modern look and feel, with parking very privately in front of the room.
We tried a lot of the offers: breakfast was OK, with super helpful and friendly staff. Of course, you can't expect the same quality of the night time restaurant for the breakfast, can you? The fruit was on the unripe side of things, and the cheese very young and not as tasty as Italy had to offer. Egg was unsalted. Espresso was great.
Dinnertime in the Mirror restaurant was nice. Again, super friendly staff. Food and wine selection is limited, but good. Creative menu choices for dessert - albeit the choice for vegans or people with allergies are really limited. Definitely room for new ideas in a spa hotel!
