We stayed a few days in this pleasant hotel. Because there is one-way traffic in front of the hotel it is quiet in terms of traffic. Our room mainly had a very pleasant, renewed bathroom (also adapted for disabled people by the way). The room itself was spacious enough with somewhat dated decor but still very pleasant. We put a star because zero you can not.We called this hotel in June to book a weekend in September, on the phone they reassured us saying that the Reservation had been successful by sending us a confirmation email from Mrs. Cinzia, and so far everything is fine.The morning of departure we call to communicate our arrival time, when we are told that there was no Reservation in our name, we insisted saying that we had received a confirmation email and we were told that they could not do anything and that they had all rooms full.We were speechless! The hotel is only separated from the beach on Lake Maggiore by a small street, but is still quiet. It is run in a very friendly, competent and family-run manner. The breakfast is great, especially Grandma's cakes and biscuits. The rooms are good too. Great location for trips around the middle of Lake Maggiore.

I was visiting the Lago Maggiore Area with a group of people, we stayed at this hotel, and it was the best choice. The Hotel is facing the lake, the service was excellent and the staff are very friendly. The Breakfast offered was nice and has a variety which made everyone happy with their choice. The restaurant next door is a plus for a good Italian food experience.

Wonderfully located, small, family-run hotel right on Lake Maggiore in the Suna district of Verbania.
We had a room with a view of the lake and felt very comfortable. The room was big enough and clean. All the staff, including the owner, are very friendly, helpful and almost all speak German. We only booked breakfast and it was very tasty and extensive. A wonderful starting point for excursions nearby and to the Borromean Islands.
From the Pallanza district (approx. 1.4 km from the hotel) you can reach all the islands and Stresa by boat. We would love to come back!!
