Extremely clean. Great staff. Easy to walk to shopping and beautiful beach. Breakfast was large and had great fresh fruit plus many other options. Pleasant bar. 30 rooms. Elevator - faster than most. Small of course. Be sure to walk down to the square and view the working light house.

We spent a week at Hotel Seggio in the first week of August 2016 and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is right in the centre of the spectacularly atmospheric old town of Vieste, and so everything is right on your doorstep. Great restaurants, bars, ice cream and walking distance from the two long sandy beaches/ port (if you want... More

We stayed a few days in this hotel. Primary to have an hotel in the centre of the old city and to have a (small) swimming pool. It was a surprise that the private sea entrance of the hotel was nice. With a sea with undeep water, clean, clear water, sand at the the bottom and nice sealife at the... More

This area and hotel is geared more to summer vacationing Italians than Americans, but it is very clean, very nice, and centrally located. Excellent walking to and from. When in Vieste, don't miss the grottoes by boat - excellent tours.

Stayed 2 nights. Lovely, family run, place, well located just off the main street. Adequate breakfast. Good restaurant for lunch and dinner. The chefs give pasta making demos, a real hoot! The owner literally built this place himself.

Stayed here two nights. It was an ok hotel. The rooms were a fair size and at lest you could swing the cat in the bathroom. Had dinner here too and it was pretty good. The owners keeps the place spotless and expects you to do the same

If you´re staying in Vieste, Hotel Seggio is a wonderful choice. First of all, it is located in the heart of the utterly charming centro storico. You have all the best restaurants within five minutes walking distance. It is a small and charming hotel. Secondly, the hotel has it´s own beach, and what a beach it is! Soft and sandy... More

Hotel Seggio is located on a cliff overlooking the ocean. It has a swimming pool at the bottom of the cliff. The hotel is located on a narrow pedestrian street sorrounded by many restaurants and small shops. Vieste is a beautiful place with wonderful views. There are many caves in the area which are accessible by boat.

This was our first time to vieste. We had our two teens so we took 2 rooms which were small and the showed tinier than a phone booth, but that's typical in some European cities. The rooms lack circulation so they can get stuffy if they are closed up too long. But if you can get past the simplicity of... More

I was disappointed by this hotel. We thought we were paying a bit more for something special, The room was dull and small with a view of a wall about 3 feet away, There was no signage about where the beach and pool were, There was a bar but it was not open. When we went down to the "sandy... More
