Very thankful for letting us check out late at 18:00 (since our room was not taken)! Amazing spa with amazing lighting, the saunas were great and the mood showers were very interesting. Breakfast is a big plus since there is actually plenty to eat (and fresh orange juice). The hotel is new and clean and the rooms look great! Overall... More

Great Hotel in a good position. The room was really comfortable and had anything you need. There's also a beautiful spa and roof top pool, just a pity it was raining! Good relaxing massages. Only restaurant missing, but there are plenty around, so not a problem.

After looking on trip advisor long and hard before booking a holiday we wanted to get the perfect hotel. Palace hotel was a lovely looking hotel however it's what's in the inside that counts right!? Firstly, staff weren't very helpful, obviously there's the language barrier but we didn't get told when or where breakfast was, didn't tell us about wifi... More

We stayed for one week in June during our visits to Lake Garda. The Palace is a well run modern hotel. Rooms are clean comfortable and well equipped. Our room was on the ground floor and only had a garden view which was disappointing. Rooms on the upper floors should have a great view of the lake. There is a... More

We recently stayed 5 nights at the Palace hotel at the end our hols after visiting other parts of italy. The hotel has all mod cons , huge rooms with great facilities and two lovely pools ...we loved the rooftop pool with amazing views over lake Garda . Breakfast was always lovely ...staff friendly and helpful, though could have offered... More

We stayed at this hotel for three days from the 31st August. Its four star rating is very fair but for an important aspect. It has a large restaurant but remarkably does not serve dinner. The hotel is remote from local villages and other than another nearby hotel you need to incur a return taxi fare of upwards of 40... More

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights recently and found the service excellent. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Samuele and other staff in the bar. He gave advice on where to visit and made everybody feel very welcome with a friendly smile. We had a pool view on upper floor 1 which was lovely... More

Comfortable rooms, good breakfast. Food and drink a little expensive inside the hotel so I ate meals out the majority of the time. 10 min walk to local bars / restaurants and town centre. An enjoyable visit and would stay again if I come back to Lake Garda.

Superb spa facilities and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. We loved relaxing in the spa after a hot day.. The hotel is great but you really need to take a taxi or bus to the nearest towns to find eating places and night life. No problem if you have a car. Would help if the hotel had a bus service to...
