A second visit to this hotel after a 7 year gap. We found the new management and staff most friendly and extremely helpful. My wife follows a gluten free diet and each day they provided an array of products for her. Nothing was too much trouble! The hotel is clean and spacious and a 2 minute walk from the lake....

We stayed there for 2 nights. The room was was tidy, huge plus the air-conditioner. As italian style. There was only 1 blanket for both of us... The walls were thin, so we woke up at the same time as our neightbours' baby in the morning.... The breakfast was good, so was the service!

I would say that this is more of a 2 - 2.5 star. The road signs say that this is a 2 star. Rooms are basic and the hotel is dated but it is clean. The shower door kept rolling off its hinges and the bathroom shutter wouldn't close. However, the location was very central and the staff were extremely...

Returned to this hotel, having spent numerous holidays there over the last 15 years. The hotel is under new management and we were told they had made many changes, for the better! We were told they were French and had run hotels in France for many years. We were also asked if we would settle our bill in cash. In...

Great location, easy access to the lake (2 minutes walk) and to the center. The room I stayed was very comfortable, clean and also very quiet. Worth to mention is the staff, extremely courteous, professional and friendly, they make you feel welcome from the time you walk in the door till the time you have to depart. I just loved...

I recently spent a very enjoyable six days at this hotel, which made a great base for exploring Lake Garda. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful throughout. My room was basic, but very acceptable. I had a spacious balcony. The bathroom was good. Everything was clean and well maintained, and breakfast was very good. It's well located - you...

We arrived at this hotel in the afternoon and had a very friendly greeting from Ada the manageress. I am sorry to say that this hotel was very disappointing and is very shabby. if rated as a two star then it would let others know what to expect. Location was excellent but amenities where poor.

We arrived in the afternoon and were warming greeted by stefanie. Very chatty and friendly lady. We were given tips about getting around and given maps for Desenzano. The rooms are ok. I was not too pleased about not having a kettle and cups in the room because I love my tea! Soon forgot about it because my exploration of...
