In April this year, after a recommendation we decided to spend our 35th wedding anniversary at Aleenta, Phuket. Lets be very clear - from the start we cannot fault the resort location and exquisite food at all the restaurants. The location is sublime. BUT we have been severely let down by management who have basically ignored our requests for compensation....

Gorgeous hotel, we stayed in a sea view loft room with access to the pool. The bed was so big and very comfortable. There is a pillow menu, we chose a lavender pillow. Don’t expect a large lavender pillow it’s just a little pouch to place onto your pillow to help you to relax and it does work. Breakfast was...

If you are looking for a restful break away from everything, then the Aleenta is a wonderful choice. It is an easy transfer from the airport but still seems miles away from the chaos of Phuket! We had three nights in a deluxe pool villa. These are set across the road from the main hotel (and are newer than the...

I stayed in Aleenta for 8 nights in January just to unwind and relax. For this purpose the hotel fulfilled and even exceeded the expectations. Upon arrival - the location is rather secluded in a small village - I was upgraded to a pool villa, having cold prosecco waiting in the room. What a wonderful treat! The room was not...

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a truly relaxing and genuinely peaceful retreat from the usual bustle of Thailand. The staff are very friendly and very helpful and they go out of their way to make you feel at home. We stayed in a beachside room with a small private pool and a gorgeous sea view with...

We absolutely loved the Aleenta Resort. Phuket can be a crazy busy place, but Aleenta Resort gets you away from that all. The grounds were beautiful, with the pool overlooking the restaurant and beach. Everyone was amazingly helpful and friendly. The food was superb. I couldn't believe all that you get with the complimentary breakfast. The only complaint was that...

Really nice hotel, one of the better I've stayed in. We had one of the cheapest rooms with a shared pool outside. It was spacious, really nice design and they've thought of every detail- there are games, books, yoga mats in the room. Fantastic views. Nice decorations and beautiful lighting. The entire hotel grounds are really beautiful. The beach is...

We stayed for 2 nights after spending 3 nights at their sister resort Akyra. The architecture of the hotel is really modern, not Thai at all, which may not suit everyone. We spent one night in one of their rooms facing the sea with a private pool and one night in a normal room, and both rooms were nicely appointed...

This was an incredible experience. I had been to Phuket previously, but didn't like the touristy atmosphere filled with people. At Aleenta it was the exact opposite. Pristine private beach, beautiful private pool villas, and not crowded at all. The pool villa we had (732) was the best room I've ever had in my life. Our particular room was probably...
