We stayed one night here enroute to Brisbane, the Motel is a very old one but is kept very clean, we have stayed here off and on for the best part of 20 years as location is reasonable & although it's on the highway you never really hear the traffic !!! The only 2 negatives (1) being they leave the...

This is a fantastic place for us to break our trip south. We have stayed before and once again we were really impressed with the unit. Everything is spotless and a lot of thought seems to have been put into guests comfort. The room has everything you need plus little extras you don't expect for the price. We will definitely...

Very clean and orderly, good old fashioned service and hospitality by owner operators, home cooked meals served to room. Beautiful gardens and surrounds and superbly maintained swimming pool, three weeks here and very comfortable, would stay again.

Stayed here for 3 nights for work. Rooms were clean & comfortable and had a microwave which was handy. The home cooked food that they offer was great! Every meal was good and very generous. The gardens are nice and the hosts are very friendly. Its far enough from the highway that noise is not an issue. Definitely a great...

Happy with the room it's clean and well priced, even in school holidays. AMAZING dinner made by the host which again was very well priced. Check out the image of the chicken Kiev... Thumbs up from us. Pool would be a hit during the warmer months.

Great hosts, meals are unbelievable, rooms are spacious and very clean with all the usual amenities. Good old fashioned country service with a smile. Will always stay there from now on as we travel the Bruce Highway frequently. Oh, by the way, the beds are the best!!

What a great find on the way thru to Cairns . Great large rooms , tables and chairs outside to sit and relax or eat . Lovely gardens and the most charming home cooked evening , what a treat when traveling away . Super fast internet was a extra bonus .

For a highway motel this is one of the best. The bed was most comfortable and the room was surprisingly large. There was good wifi coverage and most importantly there was virtually no road noise from the highway. Having stopped at many highway motels over the years this would be one of the best.

We found this motel on trip advisor and the ratings were accurate. So pleased we stopped here. The owners were really friendly and accommodating. It turns out they also do meals and sell drinks so we got two lovely meals and a bottle of good wine for around $60 which was great. I recommend staying here.
