Wow! What a place! Incredible view of Lac St-Jean directly from the room. This one was also huge and well clean. The staff were also very kind and friendly to us. The beach is awesome with a lot of water sports to do like kayak, paddle, canoe etc. Definitly a must place to stay in Saint-Gedeon.

It took more than 30 minimutes for us to order, they served people that arrived 25 minutes after us, before we even got the chance to order. After one hour waiting, we still didn’t have our plate. At least the food was okay

My husband and I stayed here while attending a karate camp in Alma. What a find! The views from our room and balcony were lovely and the dining room is probably the best place to eat anywhere in and around Alma. The food was excellent and we had a beautiful view of Lac St. Jean that we certainly couldn't find anywhere else. The hotel has recently been renovated. There's still a bit of work to be done, but the setting is beautiful; right on a beach.

I stayed here one night in October 2017. I was very happy with my choice. It is a bit worn but very functional. The front desk was very helpful at check in. The room was comfortable and looked out over the lake. Internet connection and cable TV were good. Breakfast was delicious. It is about a 10 minute drive to Alma And the price was very reasonable. If I'm in the area again, I'll go back..

We got a room with a view on the lake. In fact, nearly all rooms have a view on the lake. The rooms have a balcony. While on the balcony taking a picture of the sundown, I noticed the wooden floor of the balcony being rotten. Again, the carpets in the room and in the corridor are stained and the bathroom is too small
