Me and my husband stayed for four nights at the Bluebell guest house. It was a beautiful french house and everything we imagined it could be. It was clean and very well presented and our hosts Ann and Micheal were wonderful. Breakfast was provided with a good choice and my husband was very pleased with his bacon and egg ....

we have stayed at this b&b for two weeks, The rooms are spotlessly clean and bright, Breakfast provides a very good variety to chose from including eggs, fresh bread, cereal, yogurt and fruit. Ann & mike offer every comfort and are also very helpful in surggjesting places of interest to those who would wish to venture further from Brantome, which is...

We wanted to stop at Brantome for several days. Bluebell Guest House was a perfect choice. The room was en suite with shower and very comfortable beds. The hosts Michael and Ann made us welcome from the start in a most friendly manner. They were helpful in all kinds of ways so we enjoyed our stay from the start. Breakfasts...

We toured from home to Carcassonne and back, using B&Bs. Bluebell Guest house was by far the worst, because it cost 70 euros a night (all others worked out at 50-55 euros, and bar one, were infinitely better. The bath towels were scratchy and so dingy I wondered if they had been washed for us. The bed was lumpy, and...

We came across this excellent B & B (Chambres D'Hote) upon entering the town of Brantome, and it couldn't have been a luckier find. Our hosts mistook us for someone else as the front door was open, but this helped to create a friendly encounter. We were shown into their extremely stylish and welcoming kitchen and were immediately offered tea...

We stayed one night with Anne and Mike in July on our way to Dordogne. They were so welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed the communal breakfast with the other guests and the welcome drink out in the garden. We would definately stay again if in the area. Brantome too is beautiful and a 'not to miss' place in the area.

Mike and Anne are great, they are very welcoming and really knowledgeable about the area. Brantome is a lovely town and well placed for touring the Dordoyne area. We will be back...

We found out this quiet, cosy, enchanting place, settled in the center of Brantôme, among splendid landscapes of the Perigord, and kept with authenticity by a lovely couple. The garden is beautiful, the rooms make the difference between what is necessary and what is superfluous and are very pretty. The atmosphere is peaceful and inspiring, and it has been a...

Well located near the centre of the town, but away form the hustle and bustle. Very peaceful nights sleep despite being on the main road. Price/accommodation relation very good. Comfortable rooms, 24hour access to the kitchen...to make cups of tea. Mie and Anne very hospitable and chatty.
