We spent five nights here with another couple for a visit of the Dordogne valley. It is just outside of downtown Sarlat, but up a rather steep hill, so a car is necessary, in my opinion. The rooms are clean and quiet, with a large shower and nice outdoor area where we sat with a bottle of wine on several...

We stayed here for four nights with a couple with whom we travel regularly. Both couples were extremely pleased with our accommodations. The husband and wife who own and run the hotel could not be more accommodating. The continental breakfast was excellent and the overall price of the stay was very reasonable. We were more than impressed with how quiet...

We spent 5 days here. This B&B was up the hill, a.bit hard to find at first.but worked well for us. Parking included. Has a nice pool. Rooms comfy, great shower, and awesome breakfast (at 10 euro per person extra ). We were a quick ride to town (not a walk!) Sarlat is a perfect place to be based for...

We stayed three nights in this lovely comfortable hotel. A walk out of town and up a steepish hill on the return journey but only five minutes by car. Our room was a good size with good bathroom facilities and a hair dryer. Sadly the weather wasn't good enough for us to be able to use the pool which looked...

Good size clean room with terrace overlooking the garden. Friendly staff. About 1.1 Klm walk to town down hill but you will have to walk back up so not good for the unfit, but it is only about 3 minutes drive to town. The buffet breakfast was wonderful lots of choice.

Stayed for four nights in a newly remodeled room with a large shower, hair dryer, and refrigerator. Very clean. The new owners, a husband and wife team, were friendly and offered excellent service and attention. The hotel has a restaurant with inside and outdoor tables, large pool, and a green park. A five minute drive to Sarlat but not really...

The Hotel is at the top of the hill, overlooking medieval Sarlat. We would walk to town in the evenings down the convenient Chemin du Plantier - narrow but convenient - have dinner in town, then wander back to the hotel. I will note that you must enjoy walking for this to be of any interest, and someone with physical...

The hotel is situated up on a hill , far from the center. When we came back from dinner it felt a bit too lonely and dark. The hotel was renewed but there was no shower and it lacked minimal things such as tissues or other small facilities . Breakfast was less then basic, very disappointing. The only good thing...
