Great food as usual from Chateau Richeux. The ambiance is great and the tasting menu incredible. I also tasted the sweetbreads and it was great. Its great to start with a great bottle of Champagne, I recommend the Veuve Cliquot, with some great petite fours. Then a great bottle of Chassagne Montrachet (Magnum) and just sit and enjoy. Leave space...

First, the main reason to come here is to eat Olivier Roellinger's food. Even though he is no longer cooking, e food remains great. Perhaps the best meal of the trip. The furnishings are getting old. For example, The carpets need updating. We had to ask for slippers, which should have been provided for the price charged. Also, the toiletries...

We were disipointed as well by the quality of the room service, no tooth brush, no razor, no sewing kit as the quality of food for the price. Lobster over cooked, raw scallop sliced that you can hardly find in the midle of a sort of soup, a pigeon smelling charcoal, The good point was the dessert trolley but it...

I stayed there with my son and found this top place by chance and stayed there for 3 nights . Top location along the sea, marvelous garden, great remodeled rooms and a superior cuisine . By far the best place along the Bay/La Baie . Plenty of parking, great views, quiet, apero room, great staff, good champagne and fresh seafood...

we have been here before and are still enchanted by the building and it surroundings. we had a room with a view towards the sunrise and the Mont Saint Michel, spectacular as we had superb weather. The room, Anis Etoilée, has art deco design, a huge bathtub and a great view. As always we had our dinner at the Restaurant,...

My friend and I spent 3 nights at this lovely, intimate, charming and well-cared for hotel at the end of September and the pictures online do not do it justice. Our oceanview room (Galanga Suite) was definitely the room with the best windows/views in the hotel: spacious, newly remodeled bathrooms, comfortable beds, big wide windows perfect for looking out at...

We stayed (regrettably) only 1 night and wished to have stayed longer. The views from our room were breathtaking. The room was, though sparsely decorated, comfortable and spacious. The grounds were beautiful with access to walk beside the sea. The onsite restaurant was fantastic! The oysters were phenomenal! My husband had the mussels and dover sole and reported them to...

Grand chateau overlooking the sea near Saint-Malo, we found this to be lacking warmth on arrival at 3.10 in the afternoon and our room, a lovely garden suite, not yet ready. To give them credit, they offered us tea but we felt our arrival was a bit of an effort all round. The room was lovely, doors straight onto the...

We staying in one of the cottages for three nights with our seven month old baby. Super views and stunning breakfast, although expensive. Great recommendations for local places to eat. We thought we would have the cottage to ourselves but there were other guests staying there. Ate in the restaurant in the Chateau ( short drive away)- amazing seafood restaurant,...
