We stayed in this hotel for 3 weeks, first in the executive suite and then in the studio for 2 people. We had a few misunderstandings (such as delayed room cleaning or phone not working), but as soon as we told reception, they not only remedied it but went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. They continued doing so... More

The hotel was clean and was comfortable. It was not as big as the photos led us to believe. Con: The standard rooms do not have a separate room with a desk. If you run out of toilet paper after the first 5 days you'll be expected to purchase your own at the Monoprix. The Story: Anyway, our issue was... More

Extremely poor - and costly - experience: apartments in poor condition, equipments not maintained, many things fall apart or malfunction: shutter, microwave, water taps, .... One bedroom units do not have genuine bed, but only uncomfortable convertible sofa. Windows do not close tightly, so heavy outside traffic noise is present in room. Very poor and slow service. For example, only... More

Stayed here during my visit to Paris with my gf. It was both our first time in Paris and the staff were immensely helpful in giving advice and providing info on Paris. They always went out of their way to help where need be. The rooms are great, and despite not having a microwave, you have your own mini cooking... More

The long journey form the airport initially made us apprehensive about the hotel but on arriving the facade and internal decor and then the room impressed us. A little scouting provided us the information about the location - choice of restaurants nearby (in terms of menu and price), large malls/shopping centers and the metro station nearby. Cabs and trams were... More

Our room was luxurious, spacious and very clean. Had a balcony and a small kitchen place. Great breakfast, with a lot of foods to choose from. good location, in the new part of the city. It's a 10 min walk from the metro station. Would definitely stay here again.

Large room with kingsize bed and a sofa-bed and a kitchenette. Very comfortable. On 7th floor, with balcony. Shower and toilet facillities, very good. Hotel lobby and reception very nicely furnished and very obliging staff! We could have breakfast but felt it was rather expensive for 12 euros!

“Be specific about requests & the suites are not luxury.”
  • Entrance to bed chamber, just past the Kitchenett.
  • Our shower, you're seeing the sink reflected on the glass.
  • Towel self in shower. There are only supposed to be as many Towles as there were people.
