Hi, there are no buses and taxi's cost 40 euro because Le Bourget isn't central, so you're best chance is a 50 minute walk down to Le Bourget RER stop. Tickets cost around €1,70, and it takes you to gare du nord and parc luxembourg (going in the opposite direction of CDG airport, because that's the other end of the line). I hope this helped. Bye!
