5-7 minutes walk from the CDGval exit. Standard room of 21 m2, a bit tight in size, but without suitcases, it's fine for two people. I had reserved an "accessible" room given the larger size (26 m2) for the same price, but upon entering I saw a connecting door, I was told that they are all like that, knowing that the soundproofing is minimal with this door, I ask for another room. Excellent service, I was offered a 29 m2 room at no extra charge after some discussion. Latex mattress, fridge with 2 bottles of water, large TV, wifi, box set, rather unusual bathroom, separate toilet-sink-shower. Good soundproofing, but not great. Air conditioning with temperature set by the hotelier. Breakfast very good. No plane noise.

Great hotel within easy access of the airport train. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. The rooms were modern and beds super comfy. The restaurant food was tasty but a little pricey ( $10 euros for a beer?!?) but I think that's to be expected when nothing else is nearby. The front desk staff was very helpful.

Airport hotels are places to stay on the way to somewhere else and this one is adequate for that task. Our interest was the hotel’s proximity to Terminal 1 although unless you travel light and are athletic you need to take transport to get there so that benefit was ultimately moot.
The good: the front desk staff were welcoming, efficient and helpful. Our Loft suite #717 was modern, clean, quiet, spacious and mostly comfortable. Everything expected was there and it mostly worked as expected. The king bed was comfortable and the linens crisp and clean. This room is a disability suite which has some unusual arrangements in the bathroom presumably for the amenity of the wheelchair-bound. The included Wifi connected easily and worked well on all our devices. We passed on breakfast but dinner at the hotel’s restaurant was satisfactory with good service but a somewhat banal menu.
The not so good: The emailed online check-in links did not function so that was a waste of time.
The bad: The bathroom has precisely no towel racks nor places to hang clothing unless you count the disability assistance railing for the toilet. The water flow in the shower suffered some erratic – and discomfiting – temperature fluctuations and the lighting in the suite was, let’s say, theatrical rather than comforting.

This hotel is conveniently located very close to CDG. However there are several others in the same area, and I would try one of those next time. There was a fairly long wait time to check in, and from what I saw, this is always the case. The rooms have a weird layout, with the sink out in the middle, opaque shower also in the room, and then a tiny water closet. The bed is firm—-like a brick. And only one flat pillow provided per person. A bigger issue is the noise. You can hear water running in all the rooms around you…toilets flushing, showers running, faucets being turned on. And because the floors are not carpeted, you can hear the chairs being moved. That being said, food and service in the restaurant/bar was quite good.

Great hotel, located near CDG. Top-notch hall, very large, many distractions (small pétanque area opposite the elevators, table football, others), trendy colors and furniture design.
We had our room on the 7th floor, a beautiful room consistent with the photos seen on various sites.
Please note that the bathroom is in the bedroom, without a door. Maybe a drawback, or not. Lol.
Breakfast, very good, choice of savory items ranging from cold meats, scrambled eggs, salad, sweet cheese, pastries, bread, cereals, pancake machine.😋
Gym, great. You have access to it thanks to your room card, well-secured DC, and sufficient equipment. Small room for cardio classes TV.
Finally, friendly staff at breakfast and at reception.

We really enjoyed our reservation at this hotel. The young woman at reception (Anne Sophie) was very pleasant. The room is spacious and well appointed. The cleanliness is impeccable. The view of the airport was magnificent. Everything is almost perfect, we only had a little difficulty adjusting the air conditioning. Some information in the room would have helped us a lot

Top hotel! Welcome with quality listening and benevolence, efficiency of the staff, extra bedding, very large soundproof room, location at the Top, hearty breakfast. We've just sent some friends who booked for the end of 2024, and we'll be back as soon as the opportunity arises. Congratulations to the whole team; the focus for improvement would be lunch and dinner, where the level of value for money/performance of the staff is not at the same level as the hotel side.

To say this hotel has problems is not even close to describe my experience there. On arrival, the front desk person I talked to only spoke French. How can somebody work at an airport hotel and not speak Basic English? My room had not towels at all and all the pillows were without pillow covers. Not a single one. Not even a simple little wash cloth.I called hose keeping many times, nobody picked up the phone. Called the front desk, nobody answered there either. I had to go down myself and ask for towels. Another guest was there asking for the same thing on her room. I was told they will be sent right away. I waited almost two hours and no towels arrived. The following morning, at 4:30 am, I had to dry up with the bed sheets after ny shower before I had to go to the airport. To add insult to injury, at the restaurant they had four men trying to serve close to 120 guests seated at the bar, the restaurant and the outside terrace. I am not exaggerating. They were running all over the place. I waited 20 minutes to get a menu, then another 15 to order a glass a of sauvignon blanc and some chicken. Ten minutes later the waiter brought me a glass of red wine and ran away. I was so tired, I drank the red wine. When my food came, they gave it to the table next to me. I had to tell them it was mine. When I asked for the bill, I waited and waited and it took forever to arrive. I have never seen a hotel so poorly and badly staffed and managed. Melia should be embarrassed to put their name on this place. Stay away from this place. Just not worth all the aggravation.

As you are well aware, we faced some critical difficulties during your stay with our laundry supply. Please allow me on behalf of the hotel to convey our most sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. Our laundry supplier is currently having a problem of manpower shortage and they were not able to deliver the amounts of linen requested. This incident greatly impacted on our room quality and does absolutely not reflect the level of service we usually provide to our guests. Me and 7 colleagues from Portugal and London recently stayed at Hotel Innside. The hotel was clean, comfortable and had everything you could need. Great menu in the restaurant which catered for a wide range of food requirements (including vegetarians).
The hotel was in a convenient location for places we were visiting and was great value for the room.
Particular mention to Ewen & Warren in the bar for really giving us the VIP service on our last night before leaving Paris!
