I use Ibis hotels a lot and I'm usually very satisfied with the service but I stayed at this hotel on 26th & 27th October and was very disappointed. The car park is in desperate need of an overhaul with huge potholes everywhere. General look of the hotel interior was tired and worn out, I had to complain at the...

Stayed here whilst working at the exhibition centre rooms are a little cramped but clean. The food in the restaurant is very good but a little pricey. Wifi is free but slow the car park is quite small if you have a large vehicle. Breakfast is the usual continental rubbish

Had an opportunity to stay in this hotel for 2 nights as part of package from Thomas Cook. Firstly the location: The hotel is situated extremely far away from the city and accessibility is a huge problem. the nearest metro station is 15 min walk and though a deserted area, so if you planning to return form city at night,...

This hotel is a basic but adequate one The rooms are quite small for 3 people if you pull the desk into a bed but it's perfect for 2 Overall it was clean but possibly a bit dated The food served at dinner time in the restaurant is awful Used this hotel as a base as we travelled into Paris...

The hotel was extremely noise all night . We we're put by a stairway door that has lots of use and vibrated through the room. The exit road from the hotel was flooded struggled to get out of the hotel, it felt as if the hotel had been forgotten.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, well, to be fair, calling it a hotel is an insult to hotels!! Rooms, tiny, bathroom, tiny bath, shower head about 5 feet from the bath base so unusable unless held, no toiletries, holes in curtains. Public areas, flies, holes in walls crudely filled. Do NOT visit The only upshot...

Had an opportunity to stay in this hotel for 2 nights as part of Europe tour itinerary. The hotel is very far from the city limits and located almost in a remote place. Nearby railway station is almost 15 Min walk from the hotel and there is no question of any other public transport availability. The biggest disappointment is the...

The hotel is very far from any inhabitation or station. Travelling anywhere becomes a costly affair from this property. No tea coffee maker in the room. Service is nil and the biggest apathy is the size of the room. There is no place to keep even the smallest sized luggage. Hotels are after all for travellers. And travellers means luggage....

We ate at the grilled food restaurant. The service was good and the staff were friendly. The food was ok. The menu was a little limited although it was a booklet. It didn't have good range of foods considering it's next to an international exhibition centre that's attracts visitors from all over the world. Elvin from Uganda.
