Good Morning, this is a question best directed to the hotel themselves. I suggest going through the Accor Hotel website which deals with Ibis hotels. When you are on the website for a length of time a pop-up appears and you put your telephone number in and a representative from Accor will ring you back.
Its a free service and they are very helpful.
