The room we were given was NOT at Auberge St.-Pierre, but rather 8 flights of narrow stairs up the mountainside to a room facing a wall for $300/night. Having been required to pay in advance, we were stuck. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT BRING LUGGAGE.

This hotel has a set of rooms not in their main building with room numbers starting with 200. These rooms do not reflect the other comments made. The rooms are extremely small-especially the bathroom where the toilet had to be at an angle because there wasn't room for the toilet and your knees. The carpet was very dirty. So dirty...

Awesome large recently renovated room with two separate sleeping areas, opened both windows for two different sweeping waterviews, great restaurant back at the main alleyway downhill made for a great experience, walking the cobblestones at 10PM with the fog rolling in made it great for the kids- great hotel.

The service staff and receptionists were incredibly friendly and spoke very good English, although it was a little bit difficult to find the hotel once we got into the village. The room was pretty small and strangely configured, but it was all absolutely worth it to be able to stay on the Mont. It was completely magical to be able...

We stayed one night. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's restaurant had good food and a friendly staff. Our room had an unusual configuration but it was clean and comfortable. Being on the island without the crowds was sooo worth it. The hotel served its purpose and we would stay there again.

My partner and I visited the Mont and decided to stay for a night. Apparently this hotel has a variety of rooms in a range of buildings. Guided by a friendly young woman, we looked at two rooms on the Grand Rue which certainly had ambiance but one was rather dark and the other had twin beds. Then we climbed...

This hotel had lots of positives: great location, charming rooms, wonderful view of the Abbey from the room, nice bathroom. The negatives: 5-story climb on spiral staircase to our room, no free WiFi, very small room which was cramped. Loved hearing the bells ringing!

We were very excited to stay "on the Mont"...true to our expectations staying there overnight was incredible...no crowds, island to yourself, excellent photos, etc etc...however, the hotel leaves much to be desired. The bathroom was literally like one in a mobile home or RV. The room also smelled of urine and we opened the windows to get some fresh air....

When visiting Mont St Michel, you must stay over night to see the lights and enjoy the crowdless time. It is a mess after 11 am so get out as all the "tourist buses etc are arriving " We stayed at the Auberge Saint Pierre, were assigned a room not in the actual hotel but turned out to be much...

Evidently the Auberge Saint Pierre is more than one hotel. Several members of our party were taken lto odging a little higher up and were not happy. We stayed a few doors down from the reception office in the Croix Blanc. The room was very tiny but spotless, with a modern bathroom and was very nicely decorated. Staying on the...
