Regular visitor to this hotel which is still in the process of being renovated. Ideal position relative to the Tunnel and a choice of restaurants within easy walking distance, followed by short journey back to Auchan and the Tunnel the following day! Parking usually available opposite the hotel. Rooms small but perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. Breakfast adequate and...

We were in need of an overnight stay in order to catch the euro tunnel the next morning. We had no reservation so we just picked this from hotels.com Let us just state the obvious from the beginning; this hotel is not suited for people. Maybe as a farm for cows or pigs. We have never really seen anything like...

We stayed in the Belazur at the start and the end of our holiday in June this year. it is ideally placed for both the ferries and the tunnel, both only a short distance away. Also close to our favourite bar/bistro, Bar de la Tour, in Calais. The hotel is rated 2* but it's prices are 3* and not really...

I was travelling with my husband a my 5yo son. Hotel is located in the main square (place d'armes), surrounding by cafés and restaurants, so it's a bit quiet (we were on the 2nd floor, room 212). Room was OK, shower was very modern! Parking was very convenient as it's on the main square (depending on the days/times, you can...

On arriving very late for our overnight stay before catching our ferry back home. The square was full of, we'll I'll call them people. Hanging around on groups outside doorways etc. staff spoke poor English. Rooms were absolutely filthy. I have never seen anywhere so bad, let alone have to pay for the experience. Needless to say we left at...

We stayed here in a family room as a quick stop off after our crossing from Folkestone and before heading to Paris. We arrived around midnight on a Friday night. The Square where the hotel is situated is very busy and very loud - thumping music late into the night and heard clearly from the rooms. The room was very...

This is a 2* hotel, friendly, clean and comfortable, within easy reach of the numerous bars and restaurants around the Place d'Armes and only a short distance from the ferry port. Ideal for those who just want to rest their weary heads after serious shopping at Cite Europe, only 15 minutes drive away. Good parking immediately outside.

We found this place to be better than expected. A spacious room with a great bathroom. Free WiFi in the lounge area, not in the rooms though. Good for a short stay. The receptionist was friendly and helpful to non French speaking travellers. Comfortable beds and nor expensive at all.

We stayed here for one night before going to the car ferry in the morning. Good points: Very friendly and helpful welcome. Great central location though slightly difficult to find Good breakfast at a good price though some decaff coffee or tea would have been nice. The room was very clean and freshly decorated. Please note in reading the following...
