The main Hotel is fantastic , huge hallway with grand Piano, swimming pool outside for those wishing to cool down , we travelled in November so no need for that. Our accommodation was in an annex which was ok , but I would have preferred the main hotel . The food and the cost of the evening meal in the...

Had the chance to stop at the restaurant again while passing by Poitiers... dinner was simply amazing in a well decorated dining room. The 45 euro menu is lovely with a great dish selection from appetisers to desserts plus all the additional small tasting dishes they bring before and after dinner. . A place definitely not to miss...

We chose this hotel as a 2 night stop en route to the west coast. We found the whole experience excellent. Our room was in the main chateau - very large with lovely furnishings and a great view over the grounds. It had lots of character, high ceilings and period features and was very comfortable. The best surprise was the...

We visited with a group of six on our way south from Paris for one night unfortunately, several nights would have been better. To begin with the old Chateau is beautiful and is set in lovely gardens with spacious rooms for relaxing or enjoying a drink before dinner. The accommodation is provided in a separate building which I was advised...

A very comfortable stopover on our return from the South of France. Relaxed by the pool with towels supplied before a lovely meal in the restaurant. An extensive wine list as you might expect but reasonable prices. The staff are all very accommodating and helpful.

We stayed one night, 2 families with one dog and 3 girls (5,8,10) between us. Rooms very comfortable, excellent aircon and good coffee maker (not enough sachets though). The restaurant was excellent and catered well for the kids. Service was pretty good considering there were 2 weddings and one birthday party being held in the hotel that night. Having said...

We spent one night here as a stopover on the way south. The family room was in a modern extension to the main chateau and was very well appointed. Comfortable beds with fresh cotton bedding, nice modern bathroom and plenty of space for the five of us. Motorised blinds kept out the light and meant we all had a great...

When travelling back to The Netherlands, we stayed one night in this hotel. It is very nice located, not easy to find, but once you do, you're relieved :) Good restaurant (finally!) and clean luxurious rooms. Good value for money!

Used the hotel as a stop-over on a long trip from South-West France to Caen. The family room was spatious, hotel staff pleasant and ready to help, and the food served at dinner and breakfast of very high quality. The service at dinner was somehow slow and slightly chaotic, everybody getting their dishes at different times. Two of us have...
