Mas d''Emilie is the perfect Provencal b&b. The location is excellent, near way too many sites to mention here. The property is lovely. The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfasts are amazing, with an extraordinary array of homemade jams. Francoise and Pascal are superb hosts. We were there too late in the season to use the pool, but it looked nice. I really can't think of a single remotely negative thing to say. For a small village, Fontvieille has an extraordinary choice of restaurants.

A unique location hidden away among groves of olive and almond trees. The uniqueness of the location only matched by the charm and warmth of Francoise and Pascal's welcome. Our command of French was only matched by their command of English but no matter, Certainly the entente cordiale was in full swing especially when rosé hour came a calling.
The breakfasts were outstanding with home made jams, preserves and bread with an added surprise each day.
The restaurants that Francoise recommended and booked for us never failed to please and Pascal was rightly proud of his home produced olive oil.
A delightful find and our only reluctance in recommending this wonderful place is that we might have to share it!

We spent 6 nights at Le Mas d'Emilie this past May. Over all, this rates as one of the best B&B's we have ever stayed at - an incredible value for what we paid. It all starts with the friendly, hard-working and helpful hosts Francoise and Pascal who made us feel so welcome. The location was perfect for day trips all across Provence, and our hosts gave us many great tips to fine tune our itinerary. The breakfasts of organic juices, and delicious home-made bread, jams, and yogurt, wonderful coffee plus "surprise" treats was a delightful way to begin each day. Our bedroom itself was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed, and a large shower in the ensuite. The WiFi was fast and completely reliable. Thank you Francoise and Pascal!

We cannot recommend Le Mas d'Emilie more! To start, the property itself has a very beautiful garden, pool, and is surrounded by olive trees. Our room was very spacious, clean, and had a great rain shower. Even better though were our hosts Francoise and Pascal. When we first arrived they greeted us warmly and had Rose at the ready, and each morning for breakfast welcomed us with the same energy. Francoise made wonderful homemade jams and prepared a delicious breakfast dessert each morning. They were also so willing to recommend restaurants in the area, and even made reservations for us. Pascal also told us about the olive farming, and let us try samples of their olive oil. The B&B was also in a great location for exploring Provence, and while it is in the quiet countryside, Arles, Avignon, Les Baux, etc. are just short drives away. The B&B is great by itself, but having Pascal and Francoise as hosts made staying at Le Mas d'Emilie one of the best parts of our trip.

This farmhouse is a pleasure! Not only is the location extremely convenient for numerous day trips to all the cities and sights in this part of Provence but Le Mas d'Emilie is just a wonderful place to stay!! The rooms are roomy with superb attention to detail and comfort; the entire "Mas" is beautiful in its Fontvieille setting in the middle of the olive trees; our hosts were wonderful; the local restaurants were outstanding. Every day after a long day out sight seeing we sat by the pool to relax and share a glass of rose with Francoise and Pascal, our hoteliers. Thank you Francoise and Pascal: we were planning to stay for two days and loved it so much we were lucky enough to stay for six.

There are several very good restaurants in Fontvielle within 3 km of the Mas. Françoise will advise when you arrive. This is a perfect place to stay especially in summer, away from the congestion in Arles. Regards
