How to start with.. we just come back home (Georgia) and my wife and have already booked the solanum suite for our 3rd stay in Provence planned in 2019. Maggy (my wife) and I spent the last WE in this charmful medieval mansion. Old friends...More

After a 6 hour hike, this was an enchanting place to lay our heads and weary feet. Hosts were delightful. Breakfast, continental, fresh croissants, delicious yogurts, good strong coffee on an exquisite garden patio. In the ancient part of town, it was so fun to...More

My husband and I, and my brother and his wife, all stayed here in late May. It was as if we were being welcomed into a private home (which we were, in a sense) of long-term residences of the medieval section of Vaison. The French...More

My wife and I and two friends spent two delightful days at Vaison-la-Romaine last October, staying at l'Eveche. Because the B&B is located in the medieval "haute ville" of Vaison-la-Romaine where the quaint cobblestone "streets" are essentially alleyways, barely wide enough for a car, we...More

Very charming house, when we, thanks to Google maps, managed to come in the correct way on the narrow cobble street in the old town. The beds were good, the breakfast good, the prices very reasonable, great town. A super find!

I would think not but you can always ask the owners. Each room is very different in size and design and the bathrooms were added to accommodate each space.

No the rooms are not air-conditioned but it cools down at night and there is a breeze. They also provide fans in the rooms.

Yes, although it is on street and a couple of blocks away. This quaint B&B is located in a medieval town and driving is not recommended right to the hotel. Staying here was a highlight of our trip.
