Le Fete en Provence lies just inside the walls of Vaison la Romaine, a beautiful little hill town northeast of Avignon. Expect dinner after 7:30 pm. Pop in if you want for dinner, but reservations seems helpful, since the place is rather small. We ate in the inside courtyard but there is a small balcony, too. Menu choices were good...

I can't say enough how wonderful this place made you feel; the staff, the food but especially the location. The only reason not rated excellent is that we had the standard room which was a little small (although lovely and great view) and the shower a little rickety - not a problem. We ate there 2 nights and had 2...

if driving, it can be challenging to find though parking is allowed right in front of the hotel. Rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast, in the attached restaurant, is good with a wide variety of traditional fare...breads, cheese, meats, fruit. the location is off the beaten path in the old town but easy to walk to the newer village.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review! As we are situated in the Medieval City, it can appear as challenging to come to the hotel by car, but it is recommended. Parking for a few minutes to unload the luggage is allowed. Then we show our guests where to park nearby. From June 1st to September 30th, parking right in...

We stayed at this hotel on a 3 day weekend, it was perfect situated between some interesting wine areas, as well as close to Mount Ventoux. And in the same area, there were som very good restaurants and bistros. The place was nice and clean, and there was a lot of space in the apartment. We stayed at the top...

This hotel is in the medieval part of the city, but close to the main town and the archaeological sites. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. Not luxurious, but just what we needed. Breakfast was wonderful. The only downside is that the free wifi works only in the small reception area. That wasn't a problem for us, but might be...

Located in the square of the medieval city, perched above Vaison-la-Romaine, the pedestrian streets make for a historical experience. Rooms were spacious, beds comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was a lovely buffet, with coffee/tea, fruit, bread and cheese. Staff was pleasant and spoke english very well. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is located right at the bottom of the upper medieval town, which was important to us because we had a car and parking was key. That situation worked out well, and we were able to pull up to the hotel to drop your bags off as well. We only had one night in Vaison but the hotel was...

Located at the entry of the medieval upper town, staying here is like going back in time. The narrow cobble-stone streets are virtually deserted in the late afternoon and evenings and you truly feel you are living in a medieval village--one with a number of art galleries/shops and a few cafes. It's just a short walk across the bridge to...

Stayed here for 3 nights for a friend's wedding. The rooms were perfect and the staff very friendly. Made use of the pool which is located across the road from the hotel but still very private. If you're driving there's parking on the hill but wouldn't suggest using it as the French like to bump, swipe and crash their cars...

We stayed here the end of May with a group of 22 friends and it was perfect as we had some of the apartments which were spacious and with great living rooms and patios made for perfect happy hours! The other rooms were very romantic and would be perfect for a getaway for two! Intimate and inviting. The location is...
