We stayed in this hotel with a group and had a pleasant stay. Rooms are comfortabel and, restaurant is really nice and we loved the staff! Thank you for making our stay memorable! The location close to the (clean) lake and beach and the Spa at the resort is perfect for relaxing.

For French hotel I would rate this hotel as good because: 1- staff is friendly 2- they offer shuttle to the nearby airports if you need 3- shuttle to close towns like Nyon & Eysins 4- cleanness in the room is ok’ish 5- location is really nice 6- breakfast selection is limited 7- November dinner Menü is Very limited and not much around the hotel at this time of the year so be prepared For 4,6&7 I rated the hotel 4 out of 5

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights since it was close to our business meeting venue. The experience left much to be desired. To begin with, when we arrived there, the rooms were not ready and we had to wait until past 4 pm to check in. That in itself would not have been a problem. However the rooms were spartan with very limited facilities. There was no room service or even a kettle. The shower was not enclosed and was part of a wet room, flooding the rest of the bathroom making using it afterwards extremely difficult. The room keys did not work on the second day and there was no room service. On the second day, the bespectacled middle aged lady in the breakfast area was rude and insisted we moved our table since only part of the room was available after 9:30 am. This was despite the fact that we were already seated before the waiter arrived to draw a curtain across the dining area. The lady kept muttering under her breath despite my colleague explaining in excellent French that we were sitting in our seats much earlier. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. Not the best type of customer relations. They might want to review her training and general manners. On a positive note the receptionists at the front desk were efficient and polite. Thanks to Leo and Sarrah and the other delightful lady on Monday and Tuesday afternoon who was very helpful despite suffering from a bad cold. Overall, an extremely negative experience. Would not recommend at all.

Found this hotel on booking.com as advertised as a Spa hotel near Geneva. Me and my wife did an active holiday in the alpes and wanted to relax in a Spa nearby the airport of Geneva before our flight back. Located in Divonne-des-Bains, France, near a lake which offers nothing to the value, it’s more a big duck pond, it has its own big parking lot. It was according to my estimate a quarter full with cars. We arrived around 7pm, as we were in Geneva City and the Check-In was available from 5pm. Luckily we had already eaten, as one of the first things the reception told us that the restaurant was already fully booked (Saturday evening, fair enough). We asked about the possibility to book a massage for 2 in the ‘Spa’ we had seen online earlier on their website. Reception told us to contact the spa reception itself, earliest the next morning after 9am. Due the lack of any information given by the reception I also asked about breakfast, and their I reminded them to advise us to book breakfast in advance for the next (Sunday) morning as the hotel was full. First time I ever heard to book breakfast. We passed on the breakfast, because on Sunday it’s served until 10:30am, which was too early for us. The whole hotel seemed deserted to us, there was nobody in the lobby or terrace and only a few cars on the lot, but OK. Followed their instruction to call the spa reception the next morning to book a massage treatment, nobody answered after 3 attempts. Reception advises us to come down in person. My wife went down, again nobody to see anywhere, spa reception told her, there’s only 1 space left for 1 person in the late afternoon, for a single massage, the rest was full. Disappointed as we were, as that was the whole reason we came here, we played rock-paper-scissors to who takes the massage. My wife went for massage and I decided to go into the ‘spa’ to relax. First of all, this ‘spa’ does not deserve to be called a Spa. With 7 treatment rooms, a small pool for Max 15 people and a chlorine jacuzzi, a tiny steam room called a ‘hammam’ and a gym with 4 devices is not a spa. There wasn’t even a sauna. We arrived 15 min. before the treatment appointment, there was nobody except the spa reception lady, who apparently also did the massage. The whole spa was empty. The ‘hammam’ was a room next to the cold airconditioned gym room with open doors, a ‘shower’ was a hole in the wall with a tiny stream almost leaking along the wall, steamroom for max. 4p. No waterhoses. The pool was a chlorine stinking small puddle. Childeren not allowed except a few hours in the morning, but I’m sure they even won’t enjoy to go in. In the time my wife did the massage (50min) I didn’t see anyone else, and am sure that the other 6 treatment rooms were empty. Our supposed-to-be relaxing stay is ruined by telling us that everything is fully booked, while there are litterally no people in the hotel. We did a lunch in the restaurant, we were the only table, and personnel was scrubbing the tiled floor while we were eating. Food was OK, but the personnel painfully slow and unmotivated. Same for the checkout. It took them 10 minutes to print the bill and finish the payment. Rooms were OK, clean except the balcony, mattress was fine. No roomservice. If you book this for the Spa and expect a european Spa, don’t go here. Same for the service. They gave us the feeling that they didn’t want to do anything, by telling us that everything was full, but actually it was empty.

The hotel itself was really nice, the pool and spa is excellent. Rooms are excellent. Overall location was nice and quite, a few minutes walk from the lake. However, service was poor - took almost 10 minutes to checkout (I was the only one checking out at the time) and if you want an invoice you need to ask then they go off and print it. Bar service was also very unattentive especially as there were less then 5 guests at the bar in the evening. Would likely try alternate hotels when staying again in the area.
