This is the filthiest hotel I have ever been in. The outside is black with mold. We checked in about 10pm and the secure parking garage was very dark, with trash everywhere. The neighborhood is very sketchy. The elevators from the garage to the lobby are dark and dirty. Once in the lobby, there was trash on the floor. It... More

You get what you pay for and in a hotel in France ,but just over the border from expensive Switzerland, this becomes clear. The rooms are advertised with kitchenette but ours had no kettle, 1 cup, 1 glass and no knives or forks but when we moved rooms because the original was too noisy ( hotel air-con had broken down... Important to consider when reading this review: the Geneva area is terribly expensive, and it is difficult to find cheap hotels. I paid a bit more than 70 Euros per night. For this, you get in such an area the corresponding quality: room was not made up for 5 days; no fresh towels, nothing. It was one of the hottest... More

I recently made an online reservation for two nights thru HRS while the area was under a terrible heat wave. Since, most places do not have air-conditioning, I decided to stay at a hotel with AC. The hotel itself and the HRS website advertised that all rooms are air-conditioned, which was the most crucial factor for me when I booked... More

This place consists of 1 and 2 bedroom suites with kitchenette, adequately spacious if a bit tired. PLUSES: located on the French side of Geneva this is significantly cheaper, including for buying food or dining out. Public transport including direct bus to the station is at the front door. Halal and kosher groceries available nearby, as well as adequate but... More

Accomodation is basic, but functional. Price wise, you get what you pay for, as the hotel is on the pehiphery of Geneva, it offers a cheaper alternative to Geneva city centre accomodation (which tends to be booked solid over weekends) and I'm not sure where one reviewer was staying when charged 439 euro for a night as I've spent an... The loby welcome service is supposed to be open 7am to 11pm. Instead they close from 12 to 2pm.....for lunch...... When they reopen you face the 2 most unfriendly ,incompetent, obnoxious staff ever met in 20 years of travel in France...... I have been in a penitension facilty but this place is run like one ..... Do not even get... More

Here for one night due to no space elsewhere in Geneva. Really bad smell. Carpets disgusting. Room like a cell with nothing in it apart from a bed. Charging €439 for a night. It's a joke. Avoid this place at any cost.
